I'm so used to losing it ain't even funny Duck. :D

You just made me realize another odd thing about ASFN. There are two die hard Cubs and Cards fans that I know of on this board besides you. Both of them have their name with h after it as their screen name.

Shane H and John h

The odds of that happening are probably astronomical. Or maybe the "h" is a secret code so fans of both the baseball Cubs and football Cardinals will recognize each other.

Of course then we have some fool whose screen name involves a QB who hasn't played for the Cards in 8 years. And since Jersey Girl is now an Arizona Girl I wonder if Brian still lives in Mesa?

:)

I think there might be more Sox fans than cubs fans. That alone is unusual.

Before, remember the rumor was out there almost a week, maybe longer from when Lombardi reported it until we cut Matt.

I don't recall a single player in that week saying anything on the record or off.

Counter that with Minnesota where according to Cris Carter several players have said off the record they agree with the decision to cut Moss, and several have said off the record they don't like the decision.

I'm sure there were players who wanted Matt to stay, just not enough to speak up even anonymously.

Hightower spoke up for Matt.

Well Sox fans are much smarter. I didn't know Shane was a Cubs fan. I may have to re-think my opinion of him :mulli: :D.

Sox and Cubs. 195 years and only one World Series title. And people say the Football Cardinals are bad.

Tom Condon is Leinart's agent, I do not know exactly who this guy is.

Price, a former high school football coach, is an "independent agent". He and Matt are closerthanthis. He's been closely associated with Matt since before Matt was drafted.

While researching Price I found something REAL interesting re: Matt and Whiz. Pay special attention to the third paragraph for all of us wondering about the magical world of Matt and Whiz:
