Ishbia needs to take a long look at the entire organization from the FO to the players.

Book - Bol Bol scored more than Book this last game. Book the other night had multiple really bad turnovers. Book is not the same player for whatever reason. I love Book but he has been the one constant in a team that lacks leadership and the ability to fight through adversity. The Suns can't build around Booker and expect things to be different. I don't care what the KD haters say but he is still playing like one of the best players in the NBA and this is not his fault. He has been the best player on this team.

Coach Bud - Vogel was a disaster and wasn't a good coach but what is coach Bud doing? Maxie was taking minutes from Grayson who has been on fire and Maxey really hurt us during stretches because he can't shoot the 3. He has had Richards on the bench at weird times and even Dunn has taken a backseat at weird time despite bringing a ton of energy. He freaking started Bol Bol!!!! I mean maybe this is Coach Bud getting desperate but it's not good sign if you are getting that desperate.

James Jones - maybe it's not all his fault but he sure has helped choose this roster and it's pieces and they don't fit. The chemistry and mix is simply bad. A team that has KD and Book should at the very least be a regular playoff participant if you surround them with the right players. The bench last year was terrible and this bench isn't much better. At the very least he helped make decisions like to get Beal which has been one of the worst trades in our history and he is unmovable.

This team is cooked and now you are going to be forced to move Durant to recoup assets. They may or may not be able to move Beal. Let's say the team loads up on assets by Trading Durant and maybe Beal. The Suns are going to do one of two things. They are going to parlay those assets to get another #1 here because Book isn't a #1 to make another run or they are going to do another slow build which means we will never see a title with Book.

It just doesn't feal like this team has a vision despite all the weird press conferences with platatitudes.

JJ and Ishbia are to blame. The roster construction is crap.

First we can't form an identity without "home grown" talent, meaning everyone we drafted we traded: Bridges, CJ, Ayton, Camara, Smith. They were out along with Monty who has been the longest tenured out of our last three coaches.

Allen is 29, Oneal is 31. Both non athletic (lack of hops).
Plum is 34, lost all his hops. These three are not lob threats, cant drive to the rim, draw fouls, finish/dunk on anyone.

Our starting center was a backup center on his original team.

Our starting pg cant defend, is a borderline starter, small, non athletic.

Saying KD is good, only when looking at him in a vacuum, team ball goes out the window. Expecting people like Tyus, Allen and Oneal to bail us out with 4 seconds to create on their own is asking a lot of them. No KD in the lineup...well all mighty the ball isn't stuck in someones hands for 10 seconds. Do we really expect anyone to get a rhythm while going from KD iso to what our offense really should be.

Beal...too easy to rag on this guy.

Dunn and Oso get a rookie pass, they were drafted into this mess. Dunn over performing, Oso performing like a second round pick, what did we really expect.

I mean seriously, what else is Book supposed to do with this roster? If you watch other teams, they have role players who stand out, who are actually good at more than one thing. I'm not saying he gets a free pass but he's the only one who has been showing energy and urgency the last 10 games. I did have a bad start but we probably will never know why.
