His on ball defense is better, but he's very frequently losing sight of his man off-ball. Sometimes he's so caught up in trying to be in help position that his man backdoors him or re-locates for a wide open 3. Nash was like this all the time too.As a shooting guard, he was steadily improving as a defender. Even spending much of his time now as a point guard his stats are still okay (mostly) but he's just not capable of defending any of the PGs in this league and it puts our entire defensive scheme in jeopardy.
