Good to see we are going to Shaq more in the post for offense... Loved the physical play by Shaq. Surprised D'Antoni is moving away from his game.
Shhhhhh.............don't rock the boat.

Good win by the Suns.
3 point defense remains a concern though as the Trail Blazers shot 43% from the 3 and our previous 2 opponents shot 40% or better as well.
And with the hopefully easy win against Seattle, we will gain a full game on somebody above us, as Houston plays New Orleans. One of them is gonna lose. Gotta love the Western Conference this year...and just like that, we have the longest winning streak in the nba right now with rockets snapping their streak (oh no, jinx)...
I think with Shaq we played more strict defense while not running as much. That might explain the sudden rise of energy with everybody on the team. We are an old team now so that this makes a difference.
Shaq's stat line: 16/15/5/3/2 + 1 handshake
FTFY
"That's my guy," O'Neal said. "I was just trying to get some stock."
Checking the box score...only 3 Suns shot free throws last night (Blazers had 7 guys go to the line) The FT comparison was 13-19 for the Suns, 20-25 for the Blazers. Just an interesting fact...
It wasn't incidental on James Jones's part......who shoots a half-court shot and leads with their knee so far forward like that. It's 1 thing to kick your leg out on a normal 3pt shot, but when you're running forward and shooting from halfcourt then it doesn't make any sense to do that (unless you're trying to knee a defender). For the refs to reward him for that is pathetic because there wouldn't have been any contact if his knee wasn't out there......but the refs were pathetic for the 1st 3 qtrs. We finally started getting some make up calls in the 4th and Amare got a couple of And-1s that he should've been getting all game.He is very active on the court. Yes the James Jones half court chuck foul was pathetic but it was incidental.
Nice win. We are going streaking...
Snoop! Snoop-a-loop! We are going steaking!!
Mmmmmm....deeeeelicious!
Reggie Miller taught him how to do that.It wasn't incidental on James Jones's part......who shoots a half-court shot and leads with their knee so far forward like that.
