Gentry left Nash and Barnes in there for too long with bad results. They let Blazers become way too confident and the bench couldn't overcome that.

Coach should have recognized the lack of energy on Nash's part by his 2nd TO and the bad passes after that.

Suns down 79-100 after the 3rd quarter. Suns shooting 50% with 5/15 3 pointers, Blazers 59% with 7/15 3 pointers. :rolleyes:Suns have turned the ball over 12 times leading to 21 Blazers points, 8 times in the 3rd quarter. :(Suns have only hit 6/12 free throws. :(Rest the starters and let's see if the bench guys can play some defense to possibly get us back in the game.

So are you like the resident statician? That's all you seem to post.

Sideshow Rob is by far the worst center in the NBA

Statician? do they deal with static??

FWIW thanks proteus I like your posts. It gives me a highlight of the game when I can't watch it. They are probably the most informative posts on the game threads!

this isn't a real test, this team is on a back to back against a good team.

Have them rest the same period and then play.

Unfortunately right now isn't the time of year when we are simply trying to prove ourselves. We are trying to make the playoffs and can't afford the loss right now. Real test or not this isn't helping.

The one thing I truly at is when the game is out of reach and a coach still keeps like 3 starters in.

What is this crap about Shaq played great again? 7 rebounds? He's the only big guy on the team and he rarely gets over 10 rebounds. He's a lazy ass, who the hell has their career best rebounding/blocked shots season when they are rookies?

A tough loss, but realistically I knew it was like 60/40 coming in. Back-to-backs are always difficult and when the second game is against a good young team, that makes it even worse.

Saturday's game against Utah is a must win, if we lose that game, I think our odds are down to about 5 percent.

I really hope this team plays with heart and hustle Saturday.

Hopefully we can muster up a lot better defense against the Jazz. Otherwise, our chances of winning are very small.Have we even won a game on Tnt this year?

I don't have a choice Andrew you post about 80% of the posts in the game threads and almost all of your posts are just stupid thoughtless one liners and then you reply to yourself. I bet if you were the only person in a game thread there would still be six pages of posts just from you talking to yourself. I am just waiting for you to post your token posts about how the stream in chinese is lagging for you or the multiple posts about how bad the refs are over and over.

ROFL, highlight of my evening.

Did anyone see Shaq get after Lopez on the sideline and then Lopez got pissed and screamed back at Shaq. I was surprised Lopez yelled at Shaq. Shaq quickly put him back in his place it looks like.

Sorry that was a terrible summary of the event. Does anyone have a video of it? They highlighted it on Sports Center.

That is a bit unfair. There have been real tests the last two close games against Denver and Utah and I thought he handled it well, so we gotta give him props for that. The team as a whole definitely showed some weakness tonight.

Yesterday's game against Utah wasn't a "real test"? Come on now. Bitter about the loss, fine, but don't go overboard.

Parts of the "test" are also rough conditions like back-to-back and seeing how your starters are just flat and still try to find a way to make the best out of it. Gentry was slow to react and let Barnes and Nash in for too long.
