If the Suns can win tonight, I would consider a 4-3 record to be quite successful considering the strength of schedule to begin the season, and with the team still searching to find it's identity.

Definitely. The Grizzlies should feel like the last game was morally theirs, so I'd expect them to be especially fired up. This would be a big win for the Suns.

3rd game in 4 days, the tail end of a back-2-back with the Friday game having gone into double OT... hopefully the Suns won't be too fatigued against the Grizz who had yesterday off.

The Grizzlies basically beat the Suns a few nights ago, so I don't expect the Suns to lose two in a row to Memphis. And even though this is the Suns' 3rd game in 4 nights, a lot of key players didn't get consistent minutes - Dragic, Lopez, Childress, Warrick, and Dudley all played less than 20 minutes in at least 1 of the last 2 games.

This is actually pretty amazing (at least to me), but in yesterday's game vs. the Hawks, Grant Hill played just 22 minutes and Dudley played just over 20! Looking back, these two guys had a constant, overwhelmingly positive effect on the game pretty much at all times, and yet neither one of them played more even half the game.

The Suns are a strange bunch. At nearly every position, they have two players who can interchange with the other - a la Grant Hill and JYD; Nash and Dragic; Frye, Hedo and Warrick (you can probably count on at least 1 of these guys having a good game if the other 1 or 2 struggle); J. Rich and Childress - and there really isn't a dropoff in talent or performance. It isn't that the first team is particularly bad or that the second team is particularly great, but there is a consistency of a hair above average play from everyone that, after 48 minutes, should give this team a fighting chance on most nights.

It's like this team is one big Boris Diaw, but with Steve Nash's eating habits (think more mono and polyunsaturated fats and a whey protein smoothie instead of tubs of lard, a supersized vanilla shake with a side of McBaconator).

I'm not saying you're wrong but that's some crazy logic there.

Suns down 55-52 after the 2nd quarter. Suns shooting 49% with 4/15 3 pointers, Grizzlies 43% with 1/6 3 pointers.

Suns have committed 12 turnovers (Hill with 3), Grizzlies 7.

Suns have 6 offensive rebounds, Grizzlies 11.

Suns have hit 10/14 free throws, Grizzlies have hit 14/17 free throws.

What the heck has happened to Frye's shot this season?

Too many turnovers by the Suns and too many second chance points given up.

Dragic must have the same problem as Lopez.

Suns really showing signs of fatigue, Hedo can barely lift himself to shoot
