will the suns use the zone against utah coz if shaq will guard okur,
okur will just camp in the 3point line right?

can shaq guard boozer in the post?

I am thinking Shaq will have to guard Boozer while Amare takes Okur. Problem is they are both good jumpshooters (Okur a 3 point threat) so Utah is really a tough matchup.

i don't know. either one of those guys can take Shaq outside of the paint, which neutralizes his impact. Put that along with Deron likely abusing Nash and it just spells disaster for us. I'd rather face SA or the Lakers in the first round than the Jazz, especially if they have home-court. That team is nails up there, they're younger and just as athletic than us (if not more so), have a better coach IMO AND they have playoff experience. That all adds up to not only a first-round loss, but what I fear will be an absolute ass-kicking. Hope I'm wrong, but I'm hoping even more that we don't even have to find out.

Nash and Amare don't REALLY need to be in there...its a 15 point lead...

D'Antoni considers game minutes better than practice minutes. He will play his starters longer and just shorten the practices.

that Dallas loss just was devastating to me. I was really riding a wave of Suns confidence and that game (along with the inability to put Detroit away or being able to stop Denver at the end of that game in Denver) seemed to be the perfect storm to make me start doubting a little again. Also, that huge rebounding surge we seemed to have when we got Shaq has ebbed back a little again and that scares me as well. Basically, I need to see us win a big roadie against a bona-fide power before I'm confident that we could walk into Utah and steal a game there. We really don't have a HUGE road W all season (we beat SA, but that was without Parker). That being said, a W tomorrow might sway me back to the light (and ultimately, I do think we could take what would be incredibly tough series against SA and LA and would kick HOU's ass), I just really don't like the matchup with Utah.

Starters and regulars are saving themselves for Spurs right now while they are playing. Ha ha ha Dantoni should know when they arent playing hard. I think they do this alot.
