I dislike Knight more and more every game I watch. Wide open Booker... he doesn't pass. Then Len ends up with a mismatch in the post, and he takes a long three. He really makes Eric Bledsoe look like John Stockton or Steve Nash when it comes to basketball IQ.

Yes. Eric Bledsoe is the closest to a PG the Suns have. The Suns need to find another PG in the draft, trade or free agency. I hope the Suns FO does not ignore this glaring need and pretend when Bledsoe returns it's alright. The Suns have to have a PG behind Bledsoe.

John Jenkins scores at the 3rd quarter buzzer. It's Bucks 80 Suns 75.

A much closer game than expected.

Price is a decent 3rd PG and Knight is too talented and too expensive to just play backup to the shooting guard. If we can't use him as a backup to both guard spots then we don't have the minutes to justify his salary. So, no to another PG until we're ready to trade Knight IMO and he needs to play like he did in Milwaukee before we can afford to trade him. Anyway, I think having to play with a pair of subpar starting forwards is putting too much pressure on all our guards. We're probably best right now with Len and Chandler together but that makes for a very clogged lane.

I'm fine with a rotation of Bledsoe, Booker and Knight but the Suns need a better backup PG than Price for insurance. Otherwise the Suns could be in the same boat next season if Bledsoe gets injured. If money is concern, draft a rookie PG on a cheap salary. If the Suns do not address the PG position in the 1st round, I think they will address it in the second. Also I'm not even sure Price is a PG although he might be a shooting PG. However, that's duplication.

like seeing Len's averaging 14.4 and 11 boards since the all-star break, but how is he averaging 40% shooting and less then a block per game. That's worries me as a big man.

He's playing 12 to 15 feet from the basket quite a bit.

I was in that category too, until I figured out that the only solution was to stop watching. I seriously cannot stand seeing him on the court, and it's enough to turn me off of the team altogether.

I am getting there. Booker and Len have been intriguing enough for me to torture myself by watching Knight, but I am really getting to my breaking point.
I just want him off the team next year. I don't even want anything in return. Just get him out of Phoenix. :bang:

He is playing forward most of the time.

We are 3rd we need to not win anymore games and it will help the team I don't see why they just tank the final games like any smart team would!

why is a PF shooting 40%?

Part of it is because other teams find it easy to double and even triple our shooters because we have so few offensive threats on the court at any given time. But unfortunately that's just a small part of Len's efficiency issues. The real issue is that he just doesn't shoot well. He has nice form with a very soft touch but he just isn't accurate (yet). I see no reason why he should not become a very good shooter but right now he's highly inconsistent.

Len is shooting 40% because he is our main pick and roll option right now and has to take a lot of 13-18 footers and while he can make them and shows good form he is shooting a poor percentage.

You can't have two guys both camping under the rim on offense.

That's how I feel too. I honestly don't care his fluke start to the season, no additions we make during the summer will matter if Knight is still on this team next season chucking away at will. He's similar to Nick Young in so many ways. As a matter of fact, I would actually trade Knight to the Lakers for Young since Young only has 1 year left on his deal and is much cheaper. Only issue is that I doubt LAL wants Knight since both Clarkson and Russel will easily be better than Knight soon if their not already.

Why is Booker playing 38 min this team so stupid!

Um. Because we are very thin with our guards and we are trying to get the young man minutes to develop him. Every minute he is on the court he seems to learn something new or add something new to his game. I find it amazing that someone is griping about getting Booker minutes while losing close games.

38 minutes is not that big of a deal, it's not like he is on the long side of 30 years old. He is 19.

Earlier in the season the argument was Booker was not getting enough minutes.
