Don’t get me wrong, Booker does good things scoring, but does a lot of dumb stuff to counter that scoring.

Booker travels.

Booker loses his guy and bulls get a reverse dunk. Seems to be a frequent thing when him and another sun don’t communicate to switch or not.

The Bulls have tightened their defense and the Suns are not responding. Bulls getting easy shots.

This is what I think, just based on performances and numbers, that coaching is trying to maximize each players utility.

Performance and numbers are great for Bridges when he started.

Canaan terrible off the bench and better starting.

So start Canaan since he isn’t any good off the bench and his play as a starter is magnified while being on the floor with Booker and Ayton.

Bridges off the bench since he’ll produce anyway but at a lower pace.

I’d like to see Canaan off the bench regardless of what he produces and be part of the deeper rotation like a 7-9 guy. Bring in that same starting lineup as the sizers game.

Like I said before, hopefully this doesn’t mess with Bridges’ psyche.

Canaan has been terrible wherever he has been played. So has Ariza. There is no reason - none - that Bridges shouldn't be getting their playing time.

If the Suns lose this one, they might end up being the first team in NBA history to go winless on the road for an entire season...

So KRay tells us that Igor announced at a team meeting that everyone is a rebounder. Just as everyone is a distributor.

I wonder how Igor would feel if he is in the hospital and is told, "Don't worry. Every nurse is a doctor."

He or TC also said that the only reason Igor went bigger in the last game was to match the opposition. And now he is back to going small.

Did it ever dawn on him that match-up is catch-up? Winning teams make things happen.

Earl Watson all over again. Get rid of him. ASAP.

Damn lay up drill. That's pathetic.

Warren has the amazing ability to trip, fumble and still score.

End of 3rd quarter:

Bulls 94 - Suns 93

The Suns had lots of attempts in the closing seconds. Nothing would go down.

I have to say it. Igor is John MacLeod 2.0. Doesn't know how to use his Center. Small ball. Passive.

Expecting the roster to limit itself to his skills rather than gearing his coaching to the skills of his players.

And certainly not pressuring the GM to provide him with a balanced team.

Just like that, it's 40 years ago. :)

The Bulls are shooting 59.3% from the field. The Suns 49.4%.

I WISH he were as good as MacLeod. From that era, John Wetzel is more like it. Sadly, he is reminding me more and more of Earl Watson with each head-scratching move he makes and each passive, kumbayah moment he orchestrates.

Booker decides not to shoot over Shaq when he could have raised up for a shot.
