I dunno about you guys, but I was just laughing uncontrollably when they showed pictures of about 5 different chicago fans with their hands held on top of their heads after that 3.

The Suns shot the ball horribly but managed to hang around and steal a win.

Great game and a better finish.

Amare and LB came up huge.

Huge Win, I mean a really huge win!!!

Wow, how the team tough it out and two big shots by Diaw and Barbosa!! Amare is almost there, if not already there! That was a huge game by Stat!

I missed most of the first half and listened to the second half on my car radio and was so excited I had to stop the car and yell and pump my fist!!

For me, Amare is not back until I see him drop 45 to 50 on somebody. If you think about it, that's really the only thing we have not seen from him yet. Maybe he just won't have that opportunity considering all the options this team has????

What's most satisfying in this win is to witness the arrival of Amare the defender. His rotation, recovery, rebounding/defense positionioning was excellent with maybe only one mistake that led to Ben's dunk. He stayed on his feet cool waiting for blocks. I swear he had at least two if not three blocks. On offense, he was patient. His two assists to Marion for easy dunk/layup were beautiful. It's just the total court awareness he showed in this game that convince me that we'll win it all this year as long as he stays healthy, even at only 80% of his previous athletic ability.

We struggled the whole game with our shots. But our guys delivered under pressure. Diaw's huge 3, his assist to Barbs' winning 3. And the determined look on Barbs' face on that shot!

Bell is a smart defender a la Bowen but not at all physically gifted. Banks defended Gordon superbly. Had we let him in instead Bell for the last couple minutes, we might not have needed that heroic 3 by Barbs to win it. We should keep Banks to fight against the likes of Gordon, Terry, Harris.

Keep up the great work, Go Suns!

He may get 45 or 50 but I rather see points spread out with everyone contributing and making a nightmare for defenders.

Yes it would be nice to see Amare explode offensively like you mention, but his performance tonight is what wins a Championship. It seems like Amare's injury really has caused him to play under control and be more focused. He takes what is given him. Also, I don't think the Suns need him to drop these type numbers... at least until the playoffs. I really like his improved defense and rebounding.

There was one play where Amare was driving the ball hard to the hoop but he saw a defender and then sidestepped him to advoid a charge and to score. Very mature. Also I liked his consistent outside shot tonight.

Lol. I don't have to even read the previous 2 pages to know what some of you were saying about PHX tonight.

Just stay away from this team. You're not welcome. You don't deserve a great team. Please, just do yourself a favor and choose a different team.

- Amare just completely and utterly OWNED Ben Wallace. I'm not looking at the final #'s, but Wallace was reduced to Rick Robey tonight.

Amare will be starting for the West at center. And, some of you were so eager to write him off. Where are you now?

- Nash's game is even a step above his 2 previous MVP years. His on-court IQ just continues to reach new heights. He needs 1 title to be held in the same class as Larry & Magic.

- Barbosa. That shot will do wonders for him the rest of the year. An inside/outside threat at all times. If the defender is having an off night, Barbosa will make you pay. Why? Because he hustles his ass off every single game.

- Marion. An unsung hero this game. What's new? He kept them from letting the game get completely out of reach. Of course, it won't be good enough for some of you.

- Mike D. The bench got them back into the game with hustle on D. He threw JJ and Banks a bone, and they came through when needed. Of course, JJ needs to get his shot straight... because it's awful right now. Just another masterful stroke by the coach tonight in keeping his team in it.

Lol, Get over yourself. I'll root for who I damn well please. If you can't take a little player ripping on a message boards during the heat of the game then maybe you should go root for The Carebears.

Don't give up on Bell yet. He was good last year, he'll figure it out. Yeah, maybe not a long term solution but only because he's 30.

Who cares if Barbosa misses a lay-up here and there. The guy was open, he can make 3 pointers and he just did. Give him some credit.

No I would never give up on Bell necro the first post of 2005 FA and you will see I asked for Bell he was hard nosed and smart.

One thing I think has happened to him is he has got the scoring fever, and has forgotten his true role on this team, which is the dirty work guy and defense. He has fallen in love with the three and was so into his little record a month back that he hasn't been the same since.

Hopefully, he is getting a reality check and goes back to basics. Bell is an absoulte necessaity for this team in may and June. That's why I am so disapointed he has gotten away from what he does to make this team great.

I agree, hopefully the coaches get him to focus more on that. Or else you can always send him an e-mail through that journal of his.

And wtf, I know Diaw made the 3 but that's our best play when we are down 3? Let Diaw shoot a 3? omg./quote]

I thought in D'Antoni's system the 'best play' is finding the open shooter. He was wide open for that one - lucky for him he made it. :)

That foul on Ben Wallace turned out to be brilliant! He prolly knew Big Ben can't shoot a free throw to save his life - even tho at the time I was thinking 'what a dumb foul'

Agree on that. And he might have intentionally wanted to end his own misery guarding Gordon by taking the 6th foul this way too.;) It turned out to be the smart move!
