How could this thread get more than two posts before someone said

DENNIS JOHNSON for Rick Robey!

Sorry, there is not even a close second for trade-suckage compared to that one.

I think most of the fans on this board are kids who have no memory of anything prior to the Barkley years

Slightly off topic, but have the New York Knicks EVER made a trade that worked in their favor? I mean, in their entire history?

No way that was a good trade!! All the way, Penny was in the top 3 in NBA talently he just got hurt. Manning was on the end of his career, Garrity Sucks, And Suns were winning so the 1st were not high

Gugliotta's contract was expiring, the deal only helped to avoid luxury tax.

So does #24 for cash...

Now, it's time for celebrating...

Wasn't that the pick that ended up being Amare? The Suns made the trade for Bo Outlaw so they could get a pick back, and I think it was that one.

Dumbest trade... Hmmm.. This ain't a trade but picking Heads over Tails in the infamous Kareem Coin Flip... That looks pretty dumb now..

(Just a little light hearted humor)

2004's #7 draft pick (Deng or Iguodala) for 2004's #31 pick (Jackson Vroman), 2005's #21 pick (the right to get rid of Q) and cash to pay Jahidi White.
