The Suns play at the Grizzlies today with a 2 p.m. Arizona start time. I wanted to get the thread up early less less anyone forgets it's an early game.

Grizzlies update: Memphis (37-24) has remained in fifth place in the Western Conference by going 7-2 since All-Star center Marc Gasol suffered a season-ending foot fracture. The Grizzlies have won five of the past six games, taking their only loss in a 111-106 defeat at Phoenix on Feb. 27. Gasol’s replacement, Brandan Wright, has been out since he sprained his right knee in that loss. The Grizzlies have lost more games to injury than any team in playoff position. Memphis is 6-1 in games decided by one or two points. Mike Conley has a league-best assist-to-turnover ratio of 4.1 to one.

I think the Suns offense benefits from having two players they look to score in Booker and Len. It gives some focus to the offense.

I think he over dribbled on the next possesion,,,,and as I say that he drives and makes another layup.

Man Grizzlies better not lose to the Suns again.

This is a team that always kicked our ass when we actually were trying to make playoffs and now their playing down to our level.

I'm thinking Goodwin has improved his ball handling ability when he played PG which should pay some dividends. Also he has gotten stronger.

Chalmers should have gotten a technical for pushing Booker in the back and then arguing about it to the referee. The referee was right there.

Len with essentially a 4 point play. He makes the first FT, misses the second, then grabs the ball and scores. Then he hits his FT.
