I disagree about the trades, but I do agree with your post overall.

I'm trying really hard to understand you Stef.

You don't think he's done well in trades... think he needs a new scouting department for the draft (i think that was you) and think his coaching hires have been bad.

And yet, you want to keep him for continuity sake.

edit: my bad... you think he's made "reasonable" picks... none of which outside Booker/Warren have shown much at this point.

I think there is a bit of "Grass is always greener" thing going on here. Beuffords and Prestis don't grow on trees. I don't think McD has been great, but things could be a lot worse. I just don't know who you think the Suns can hire that will turn things around overnight.

We used to hit a lot more late home runs with Finley, person, dumas, ceballos, horny, Ollie Miller, etc).

I miss those days. Always knew JC was going to make the right moves. And the Suns were a destination for free agents.
