JC... didnt you just a couple hours ago call him a solid 3 and D guy and a possible hit for McD in the lotto? Can’t use a guy as evidence for keeping McD in one breath while posting this in another.

Did not call him a solid 3 and D guy (maybe a month ago I could have said he might become one). I did say that he is still possible as a hit pick. Have not closed the book on him yet. I am more that willing to admit when I am wrong, and I am often.

My comment here is just a gut response to his play in the last few games. He seems to have just fallen off the cliff when playing with starters.

Bender scoreless for 3rd time in 4 games. I asked Troy Daniels about that: “I think he should take the ball to the basket more and be aggressive. Nobody is going to say anything if he takes 10 shots. We want you to be aggressive. When you take two shots it’s tough for us to win.”
