Suns in new trivia game

Suns are featured on Immaculate Grid again today. I got 9/9 again with a 238 rarity. Hooked on this game.

I'm starring at it right now with 8 finished, some nice rare ones too but I am blanking on the middle left... I feel like there is someone super obvious that is going to drive me crazy if I don't get it.

Do you guys play from memory or do you research your answers?

I play from memory, but after I'm done I click around and see what else I could have done. It has yielded a lot of answers in later grids as I've seen guys that I had totally forgotten about.

I go from memory. Some take longer than others. I have a fairly visual memory and try to remember teams from video games for more recent players and basketball cards I collected when I was younger for older players.

I took a guess, missed it... quite a few there though that I should have remembered.

Drat.

Still, I had a good rarity score... 204.

On the baseball grid I've had a couple rarities under 70.

I learned from today's grid the Suns had a player in the 80's named Devin Durrant. Slight difference in spelling for Durant but thought was interesting. He was a SF who played 4 games for the Suns in 85-86. He only played in the NBA 2 seasons, playing the previous season in Indiana.

I went with Jermaine O'Neal for the Suns/Pacers square.

Taking a long look afterwards at alternative answers has upped my hit rate a lot, mostly reminding me that certain players even existed.

Just couldn't figure out the Raptors/Lakers player and Pacers/Lakers player. In retrospect the Pacers/Lakers one should have been easy.

Got 9/9 again and a 163. The score is calculated by adding all the percentages together, so rarer the better. Today 5 of them were in single digits.

Suns are in today's game on BB Reference. I got a 107. My new goal is to get under 100. Today's was a thinker. The Suns part was pretty easy but bad teams in the East are who I struggle with the most. I prefer it when it's all teams rather than columns like All-NBA or 10+ Assists Per Game. Those spots are pretty easy.
