Lakers call timeout - we're within striking distance - but I'm kinda more worried about Rubio. That didn't just look painful, that looked long term painful.

I'm still dumbfounded that Booker didnt call a T when Rubio was down, then the a bad pass, then got a dumb T....

This has been a nice comeback, but I am frustrated with Monty's rotations. He was lavishing praise on the Ayton/Oubre/Bridges/Booker/Rubio lineup, how he thinks it is their best look. Then tonight, that group clawed the team back into this game... but also, that group was not on the court together until we were already getting smoked.

Puzzling for sure. I don't know if Monty said anything to him.

Hope Rubio is OK.

Tyler should not be taking all the threes down the stretch.

Booker had the wide open 3 and passes it up. The Suns could have used it.

Tyler should not be taking all the threes down the stretch.

Looked like he pulled his groin or hamstring. He slipped on a wet spot on the floor. Our luck... he will probably miss 2-3 weeks.

Kind of a relief though, initially it looked like a no contact collapse where his knee buckled.

Probably time to get Ayton back into the starting lineup. Maybe even consider putting Mikal in there instead of Saric as well. We have to get out to better starts than this, especially defensively.

We also got all the needed stops in that 4th quarter to win this game, but couldn't make any of the shots that would have got us all the way back.

Ayton with 14 points and 14 rebounds. He has altered a ton of shots.

Good effort. Would have had to be almost perfect down the stretch to win it. Needed those open threes from Tyler and Booker needed to play a little smarter.

Take away the first quarter and we crushed them. Hah...

Book and Tyler have double-handedly killed our comeback attempt.
Give me a break! It's comments like this that frustrate to no end. Booker killed our comeback attempt? We were down by 35 at one point. I'd say Booker is one of the reasons we got within striking distance.

Ayton should cut to the basket everytime Booker has it. Even if it doesn't result in a easy bucket it still clears a lot of space.

Igor’s team loses this game by 50. Monty still needs to regain my trust in areas, but it’s clear that the players respect him and won’t roll over in the face of adversity.
