The Suns are going to have to take a closer look at Peters in the offseason. He now has 36 points.

Peters has conducted a shooting exhibition.

It's been a fun game for the Suns players. Everyone is happy!

Saw that Shaq dunk and the bench explode. Glad to see the Suns having fun and players that need to make a case for themselves this summer stepping up. We can do worse than having Shaq and Peters at the end of the bench or on Two-Way contracts next year.

Harrison has looked really good, liked that alley oop pass to House and then taking it the length of the court to lay it in.

Peters is so out of gas. Triano left him in the game and he is totally exhausted trying to get 40 points.

So Peters holds the Suns rookie record of 8 3's now. He may hold that for a while, ideally he will because we shouldn't pick very high after this year and we get Ayton this summer who won't take many 3's.

I really like what I saw from Peters, House, Ulis, and Harrison. Of course, I remember thinking Goodwin was destined for stardom after going off in a final game like this against the Kings, so obviously you have to take this with a grain of salt....or maybe the whole salt shaker.

No surprise really but Tom Chambers and Eddie Johnson talked about trading their later picks, assuming they got both, to trade up to 7 or 8 to draft a PG during the post game. We aren't the only ones hoping for that, those in the Suns organization are thinking the same things which is a good sign that they'll explore that option.

Difference is everyone knew Peters could shoot, Goodwin never had a reliable shot. So seeing players set up and play the best game they can while showing off skills that everyone knew they had is different than a player having a great game that is out of character because they're showing off skills they don't regularly exhibit.

The Suns can still trade the rights to the Bucks pick so it is worth something this off season even if it does not convey.

Bender averaging 13 and 10 in his last five games. Has been playing much more of a big man type role to end the season. Looks like they are grooming him for the stretch center role. Obviously needs to get stronger over the summer though.

Some of us have been calling for Peters sense Christmas and he waits tell the last game to get hot. I can't believe they had 20,000 people show up for this tank game. Where there that many fans?

Peters game puts him in rare company. He and Harden are the only players this year to put up 35 points, 8 threes, and 8 rebounds.

For those of you thinking that Booker was healthy enough to play... Did anyone else notice that during tonight's player introductions that Devin stood there and high-fived his teammates using his off hand? It stood out as it was a fairly awkward maneuver on his part.

I say this somewhat in jest... and somewhat serious... I feel like I need film of previous high fives... and high fives over the last month.

My biggest hangup in buying into Booker's injury being serious enough to keep him out this long is the vagueness of it. I have a really hard time in believing a dude has a wrist/hand injury that is bad enough to force him onto the bench for like 20 games... yet mild enough that they never bother to get an MRI. When you consider how quickly he came back from his hip injury... this is a guy who has shown toughness... it's odd that he'd "need" to sit out this long for what seems like a sore wrist. It just does not pass the sniff test for me.

I honestly don't care, it's not a big deal, if Booker is so committed to the franchise that he is willing to sit out a long, tankish stretch with a merely sore wrist, then... awesome.

I was pretty much of the opinion all season that Booker should stay out if he was even a little injured. Just as important as getting a top pick was making it through this throwaway year without Booker or Jackson sustaining long-term injuries.
