what are your expectations for him? I think he’s a solid role player. Could be an elite role player but I just don’t think he has any special skill that elevates him much further than that to become an all-star or something.

I expected to see improvement in his shooting. Not great, but improvement...
I expected to see improved on-court presence/awareness. He’s shown some, but still not nearly what I expected.
IMHO, he is not a starter and should be relegated to 6th or 7th man...
