Book showing grit man. Everyone else lacks the energy of a close out game IMO

I just get so frustrated watching Ayton. First that set where he initially played good D on a layup attempt… and then just stopped playing, watching the Mavs get two offensive rebounds and an eventual layup.

There was Jae’s second FT where he wasn’t even on the block when Jae shot it. Just drifting away, no fight in case he missed.

Then has Bullock on him, six inches shorter and shoots a weak fade away. Ayton IS the X-Factor in this series… and playoffs in general and he’s just so hit or miss with effort.

I see you were in the call every touch that Phoenix does on Dallas but Dallas can mug concerns with no call
