Flex is gonna look hella dumb if this doesn't go through
Why????

HE WAS THE ONLY ONE saying the KD deal was not dead after Kyrie opted in.

He already looks good to any one that has any sense.

Because we know from multiple sources there never was a deal and the Suns had other plans not involving KD until he made up his mind today. Where have you been?

What?

You are really so silly that you believe the idea that KD didn't make up his mind until today when Kyrie has been trying to get traded all last week.

Suns should give Ayton the 4 year max now. He should sign because that is the best he can do, and we will keep our ability to trade him.

According to Woj, KD has been thinking about the possibility of Phoenix the past couple days. I am sure he was talking about it with friends which is likely where all the rumors came from. However, he had no contact with the nets and didn't decide he wanted a trade until today. Multiple local (in both markets) and National media guys all saying the same thing, but you want to believe Flex. Now that is silly.

You can't trade him right away if you sign him to a max deal that is not part of a Sign and trade deal. He would be ineligible until December 15. If the Suns give up all those picks and combo of players? We are going to need to trade Ayton to fill out the roster no?

Ppl really think we can get KD without giving up Mikal. This is Kevin Durant not Harrison Barnes.

If Brooklyn doesn’t want Ayton we might be screwed…
That’s the biggest issue.

More confirmation what a mess the Nets are and that Durant and Kyrie have not been talking to the Nets. Sounds like the Kyrie saga is not over either.

No it's not. Players talk to each other before they talk to their teams.

Flex's source is pretty obviously coming through Booker.

No it's not what? Who said players don't talk or can't? There is a Grand Canyon of a difference between guys venting and a "having" a deal out there. Not even remotely the same thing. Just posted more info above about neither Durant or Kyrie not talking to the Nets.

I don't think Brown + Boston picks beats Ayton, Bridges + Phoenix picks, particularly since Boston is a younger team and Phx will likely hit the wall before they do.

Come on dude. If Durant starts thinking about asking for a trade, the first thing he is going to do is reach out to players of teams he might be interested in to get the down low.

Hell all you have to look at is how it went down when he went to the Nets with Kyrie.

No one is saying there was a deal out there. All flex said is that if KD was going to ask for a trade, Phoenix would be his first choice and that that was a likely scenerio. Well now it has happened - so he was 100% correct.

So Miami just put in a trade offer to get Donovan Mitchell. Durant is a no-go with them.
Yep, that is great news IF it's true the Suns and Miami are Durant's list. That just leaves the Suns if true.
