It was a bad turnover by Bledsoe but it started feeling like a loss the moment three of our guys had the chance but couldn't grab the ball and the Pelicans ended up with an 5 man fast break because of it.

What happened to Knight? Thought he was supposed to be an all star or something...

Well, he is averaging 22 points, five assists, just under five rebounds, and shooting over 40% from the three point line. Not quite sure how anyone can be down on Knight. He just may be the least of the Suns' problems.

Knight is super inconsistent, especially because he is such a terrible finisher around the rim.

Bledsoe had a great game, turnovers at the end were not his fault alone. It looked like the plays collapsed and nobody made himself available for a pass.

PS: Mirza still sucks and watching Tucker trying to create a play is an eye-sore.

He does grab him but it's after Davis plows into him.

Let me watch the video about 10 more times. :)

It was a bang, bang play. If Bledsoe keeps his arms down by his side, he probably gets the charge call.

Maybe. Regardless, it's a tough call to make as it happens. I think they saw their error when they went to the monitor (to see if it was a flagrant) and we ended up getting a makeup call right afterwards.

This is not a comparison with Bled, right? If so, then Bledsoe is abysmal (or choose any word that to you means worse than terrible). I get that you seem to dislike Knight, but at least try to be objective.

Bledsoe is shooting 56% at the rim so far this year, not bad but not particularly good, but the previous 2 years he shot 60% or better, a very strong rate.

Knight is shooting 50% at the rim, not good. And in previous years he shoots roughly 55% from that range.

I do like Knight, a lot. He is inconsistent but very good more often than not, but Bledsoe is definitely better around the rim. IMO they compliment each other well and the match will likely get stronger as the year goes on.

How many trips to the rim turn into straight TOs for Bled, because that is what I notice...

I should add that I like Bledsoe more this year than last, so I am warming to him. I am not calling him a bad player. He does get into those "pound the ball for 15 seconds and then plow to the rim for a wild shot" modes that frustrate me still, however.

I think you're overreacting to one play late last night. Yes, Bledsoe in previous years made a bad habit of leaving his feet before deciding what he wanted to do with the ball but he has done very little of that this year. And he certainly isn't standing around with the ball. The Suns are playing at a really fast pace.
