I think he is trying to get some guys rest...but it may backfire. A bird in hand.........

I don't think so because the game is too important. IMO, he is trying to match up with them by playing small ball.

Bledsoe misses an uncontested layup.

What has happened to Bledsoe tonight. There is no fire. I can only hope he shows up later in the game.

That's what you took from that stat? I think it points to how much he impacts the game in other ways so that when he does have a minimally decent night scoring the ball we're virtually unbeatable. I'm confident that if that stat enters into the conversation during the negotiation process it will further his cause as a max player, not hinder. Seriously, 22-2? That's unheard of. Sure, if a player scores 25 points a game or something like that you expect a great record but just 15 points?

It doesn't say anything about Bledsoe. It says more about the Suns. They are just not a good team. There is Goran, and then there is Green, and to a lesser degree Keiff Morris. If anyone outside of Dragic and Green goes off for 15 points, it's a huge deal. Not everything is about Bledsoe.

Interesting. So you think we win 90% of our games when any player other than Goran or Green go for 15 points or more?

It almost backfired resting Dragic and Bledsoe at the same time.

man, I may be reading this wrong, but are you suggesting that Bledsoe is pretty much 4th man on the totem pole as far as impact to the team, cause that's how the above seemingly reads.

Bottom line is with Bledsoe, they ARE a good team. He makes major impact on this club, evidenced by our 29-14 record with him.

Again, Jeff Withey is a nice selection in the second round. He is a smart player.

I still dont know what to make of Green. He gets the ball and it seems to either end in amazement or disaster, rarely and in between. I'd like them to keep him around but I sure as hell would avoid giving him a multi-year contract. I'd rather overpay him on one year deals than give him a long contract. He seems like he is always trying to prove himself, if he ended up feeling like he had proven himself I worry he would either get complacent or the greedy/ball hog side of him would get far worse.

No, no, no, that's not what I am suggesting. I am suggesting that the Suns are simply not a good team, so somebody scoring 15 points is a big deal. Replace Bledsoe with any good scorer and result is the same. It has nothing to do with Bledsoe. It is because Suns are just not a very good team and they don't have a lot of scorers on the team.

Bledsoe tries to force one inside and Morrow makes them pay.

once again, Horny's use of timeouts leaves a lot to be desired.

It's been awhile since I've seen so many missed traveling calls. It was probably a Miami Heat game...but...
