You don't see #29 worn that often. In fact, I can't think of a single player who wears it off the top of my head. I haven't liked #8 since Kempton sported it. Let's hope D.J. can have better luck with it than the past wearers.

What are they doing wasting time posing for pictures anyway? Every second of their day should be spent by shooting jumpers. :D

Wasn't the last #29 Malcom Mackey?

I know Oliver Miller has worn #8

if so, that's just weird. I hadn't remembered that but the second I saw him in that uniform my first thought was that Tucker was gonna be as impactful (or nonimpactful as the case may be) as Malcolm Mackey.

These guys were certainly taken as "best players available", but were clearly targeted due to their physical nature - fast AND strong. The Suns knew they were taking Tucker at the time they traded away the #24 based on their analysis of who was going to be taken and they tried to trade up to get DJ.

Not related to the number, but when you said Malcom Mackey I immediately thought of David Thirdkill. I know they were both busts but why didn't I think of say William Bedford?

It's been a long day.

I must say Tucker just looks like a player. Now if he could only play like Josh Howard who I think Draftnet. compared him too. :)

I like what I know about Strawberry, however, his posture did not give me good vibes. However, if he can play... well maybe the Suns need a little attitude.
