Mason will get paid about $3.3 million on a one-year contract. He has been in the NBA 10+ years.

Educate me.. good? Bad? Meh?

It's a solid if unspectacular signing. I wish the Suns had signed him several years ago. He is 34 years of age.

Plumlee has a similar style game of Nurkic, but he does not shoot the 3-point shot.

IMO, Nurkic is the better player at this stage of Plumlee's career. I wouldn't bring him in to be a starter.

Not a bad signing, in my opinion. He's a better backup than Eubanks, for sure. Between him, Bol, and the rookie, that should be sufficient for backup C.

Can’t teach height. His height alone makes him better than Eubanks.

Despite his age, his skill set really doesn’t change with him aging. This guy plays smart as well.

If the Suns added a big like Daniel Theis and a point guard at least the caliber of Cam Payne, I'd feel a lot better.

Plumlee’s agent is Mark Bartelstein, whose son Josh Bartelstein is the Suns’ CEO.

That said, I think this is a solid signing.

Hmmmmm... really hope we don't get doinked yet another pick for tampering with a sub par center.

We hated Eubanks for both O and D positioning around P&Rs. Plumlee is much better there. Better rebounder too. Nurk is better at off. facilitating though.
