I'm not disheartened. I really think that once our guys get used to each other and the new guys learn our system we'll be alright. Honestly, I could see us actually beating a team like Philly as long as we're well rested, playing at home and the other guys are missing 3 or 4 of their starters.

Suns lose 123-110. Horrible defense from the Suns and mediocre/poor offense from the Suns in the 2nd half.

76ers shot 55% when they normally shoot 45%.

The Suns definitely lost this game. However, it still bothers me how that one Sixers shot was tipped in after the light went off after the shooter released the ball. I don't think there is any question the ball hit the rim. No excuses, bad game by the Suns.

Ok, it is about time we stop saying the Suns need to beat the bad teams. SUNS is the bad team.

The 76ers were 4-13 on the road coming into tonight's game. :(

The 76ers were 0-11 when their opponents scored 100 or more points coming into tonight's game.

Don't understand why Rolo never plays. Him and Gortat would at least tighten up D in the paint.

how the hell did that shot count by the sixers, was obviously after the buzzer...

nash's missed layup, well it was actually goal tending. i looked at it afterwards, thanks to hdtv and my dvr.lol

peaches...man that guy needs to limit his shots and make some smarter plays. he makes some bonehead fouls and plays at times.

VC looked good, not the old VC he once was but he contributed and seems like a smarter player than i had pegged him not to be.

we need to sit Warrick, we are just playing too many guys and the rotation is hurting us everywhere. especially the second unit, not enough D AND O. Warrick is the odd man out, heck i think i didnt even see Childress out there tonight.

oh, now dragic...man something got to be physically wrong with this guy. he's lost a step or two. the guy doesnt have the quickness anymore that i saw earlier in the season and last season. its obviously hurting his mental game as well.

It would've been nice to see how this game would be like if the refs called an even game. Numerous non calls against Philly and some crazy BS calls against the Suns.
It is historical that refs usually call a game even during the 1st half, or even give the visitors a few extra calls.

Then lean toward the home team during the 2nd half to satisfy the revenue-producing home fans.

Other than giving calls to the marquis teams regardless of where they play.

But they will not reward even the home team with calls in the 2nd half if they play weak.

You play three Wings for the 2nd half, rotating in one after another, as the Suns did vs. the 76ers, you don't get the calls.

We didn't get the calls. Grant Hill at Power Forward? His Fountain of Youth might wear thin as the season progresses.

Some others will be more upset about the fact that Frye's minutes were cut more than losing the game.

Another great quote! Wrong, but great nonetheless.

Frye didn't deserve the minutes, plain and simple. I know you love to blast the guy as being a SF (LOL), but he didn't play well. He's played better, a lot better, in previous games. And don't worry, I don't expect you to acknowledge that.

Vince Carter didn't shoot well, but I can't wait until he's integrated into the team.

Vince looked good out there even though he missed some shots. I like how they tried to isolate him. He's a pretty big guard! Suns are going to get better, I hope Frye gets his shot going because its painful to watch him miss wide open shots he definitely could nail. Confidence...

Yeah, Channing had a bad game. His game has really dropped a lot recently, especially since the trade. As poorly as he played though, the team played worse without him. That might be just a coincidence but he was riding the bench when this team fell apart late.

I actually have seen some Magic games last year and if Nash's defense is the worst, Vince Carter isn't that much better.

Vince needs to shoot a lot to be productive, just like Jason Richardson. Well, some times Vince can shoot a lot and still not be productive.

I think Vince Carter is going to be a big problem in this team's weak defense. Individual defense is overrated. Team defense is the key. It takes the whole team to play defense and I think part of the problem is that the playing time for bench players varies all the time.

I know Gentry is still trying out new players but time is running out. Hopefully by the end of the season, Suns can be more focused.

And what happened to Dragic? His shooting % seems to be so low this season.

We need someone his size (6'11" - 248) on the floor at the "4". Just not the way he wastes it playing like a hot'n'cold Shooting Guard.

Something is seriously wrong with Dragic. I don't know what it is. I've postulated that a lot of it has to do with getting little or no respect from the officiating. Understandable, since he's so young, but I didn't think it was this bad last year, and of course it's hard to quantify that.

I love Gentry saying he's willing to switch up rotations, but honestly, that has got to be a major reason for Goran not playing well--he is thrown into a different lineup almost every single game. That can't help him much.

Don't let Chaplin see that.

Actually you should just keep it there. Chap's a pretty funny guy. He thinks he knows what he's saying and likes to argue a lot.

I actually only come on here just to see what he says.

Well, I suppose you have to learn about basketball from somewhere.

I have played and watched basketball longer than you were probably alive.

Trust me, you know nothing.

My theory is that the scouting report is out on him. His ball-handling is not that great and he flusters when pressured. Opponents just sick a ball hound on him and that renders him completely ineffective. Tonight was Lou Williams and Holiday. The Clippers was Bledsoe. The Heat, Chalmers.
