Suns took the punches and won tonight. Some of those close losses are beginning to pay off.

Fantastic win, in one of the few games this season I've watched in its entirety. Usually I tune in late or get too disgusted early. This time, I almost turned it off, but left it on in the morbid curiosity to see if the Blazers would break the all-time record for made threes. What a terrific effort!

Saric was awful and Ayton is a wimp, but most everyone else played well. And everyone on this board who wants to dump Oubre is crazy. He's the soul of the team and, even though he can get out of control and make poor decisions, his energy is infectuous.

His rebounding numbers look great, but only a couple of them were challenged. He got some key rebounds late, but he was an embarrassment on offense.

All of our bigs played like wimps for most of the game. Other than a brief stretch for baynes and ayton, they were bad.

It sure was. Booker was clutch. So was Oubre.

Perhaps an unsung hero tonight was Ricky Rubio with 18 points and 13 assists.

This was a really good game for the suns psyche. To come back from 19 down and win it when it is close down the stretch was perfect.

Ayton looked super rusty, but still his rebounding and presence in the lane alone should not be underestimated in importance.

I think things are about to change for the better.
