Our most likely 1st round foes are looking like the Clippers or the Wolves.

Yuck.

I think we'd beat the Wolves in 4 or 5, but Patrick Beverly will be out there, every game, trying to hurt people. I do not think that is an exaggeration, as soon as he realizes that his team has no hope, he will be diving at dude's knees and taking wild attacks at anyone in the air. He is scum.

The Clippers are scary. I think we will beat them, but it will be a war, a series that will go 6 and be close throughout. They're deep, well coached, and good at going really small, which has been a struggle for us.

I'd much rather get the Mavs or Nuggets than either of those teams.

Or the Pelicans or Spurs, but I don't think those 2 will survive the play in.

I don't care who we play as long as we play the losers in every round.

IMO Wolves would be an easy series, most likely a sweep, but the clippers will be a knock down dragout battle.

I don't think they are a remotely similar matchup for the Suns.

I'm wondering if this rule effects the Suns converting a two-way contract into a standard contract. It sounds like it does.

The Suns would have to waive a player to clear a roster spot.
