Surely Phoenix could have matched that offer. Maybe they've got their eye on someone else (or Utah didn't want to trade in the same conference)

Depending on which 2nd round pick the Pistons give up, it could be an early pick in the second round. This would be more attractive than the Suns 2nd round picks. Also, players are involved.

Bradley Beal will need to make a decision about getting his nose reset. The All-Star break may present an opportunity.

He should do it so he is fully recovered by the playoffs.

If that was the price, we better have something better lined up.

An early second round pick is more than the Suns could offer.

I keep hoping a trade exception might help Phoenix for a team that wants to save money.

the second round pick was only one piece of a three team trade. They also got Kevin Knox and another player, I believe.

"I think there will be some on-the-fringe wing player that they'll pick up that they can maybe play in the rotation - maybe they can count on him in the playoffs to come in and play a role - but it's gonna be fringe, they don't have [much capital], they've got a couple seconds they can offer," said ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski on a recent podcast.

From the same article:

As of now, rumors are suggesting the Suns are offering Nassir Little and second-round picks in exchange for a wing player. There's also been rumors of Phoenix potentially being willing to throw in Josh Okogie.

My daughter had to get hers snapped back into place between her sophomore and junior year, a week later after it happened. IMO she was better off that way and she had to wear a mask over summer ball. More of chance it will heal the way it was pre injury.

Moving JO or Goodwin is a mistake imo, in certain situations on-ball pressure is key. Although chances are lower each season, they could potentially become a better 3pt shooter. We need all the defense we can get, and expecting Book/Beal/Allen to create pressure can't be relied upon, as i said - in situations.

Saw this on Twitter... assuming it's unconfirmed or BS since it was posted hours ago and no one else is reporting it.

I saw that earlier as well.

Some on twitter just throw things out there hoping it comes true.

Frank Vogel is happy with the group he has if the Suns don't make amove.

I would expect him to say that because he doesn't want to alienate his current players should nothing happen. No player likes to be shopped or be part of the constant trade rumor mill. I think he knows they need another player.

Agree. I think Frank Vogel said what he needed to say.

Same here - I think it's finally coming together
I know you all are thinking I'm just being negative to be negative - but I really don't see it.

I seriously don't understand how anyone could be encouraged after that performance last night. We were playing the equivalent of a bottom 5 team considering their injuries and struggled to put them away.

I think the Suns are getting better, but they need another piece or two to solidify the rotation if they want to compete for a championship.

Whether they can find it is another matter.
One thing we do know - Ishbia isn't afraid to go big and money is no issue - honestly I'd wager anyone not named Book Beal or KD is moveable for the right piece(s) in return - Ishbia wants to win now - makes me wonder how we got out did for Tillman

Could Ishbia have another jaw dropping move in the works? I doubt it but I don't doubt him if that makes any sense

No worries and I can relate - I took a self imposed month long break discussing a certain player because it felt like I was just being viewed as some type of debbie downer

As for the squad our bench has performed better as of late - we don't see KD yelling at Nurk anymore - Bol Bol could be what we were looking for

Since we've been healthy it's been a different story - if you don't see it the same it's all good
