Holy crap!! What a game ... what an ending. Now I just need to get my heart to start beating again.

That was a block by Amare (and a Sick one at that).

Could the Kings possibly complain any more than they did? Sheesh! I've never seen a team complain that much in my life and IMO the overwhelming majority of their calls went their way.

Had a business dinner tonight and was following the score on my phone. What a great win--this win is actually pretty big, considering we gained an entire game on the Kings in the Pacific, and really asserted ourselves against a team that was playing pretty well up to this point.

Becuase you don't sit players who've played their ass off to get you to that point in the game.

Also, quickness was needed at the guard postion in case Bibby, Peja, or Mobley slipped off a pick and headed to the corner.
I understand that but it would be nice come playoff time if the opposing PFs in the West didn't get great position every time down the court in crunch time. Just a pet peeve considering it would be very easy to sub players on offensive and defensive possesions. Awesom win though, it was just something that was pissing off for the last minute of regulation.

What a f'n game, I love this team. What a bunch of ******* the Kings are. The biggest bunch of whiners and floppers in the league. I loved little Chrissy's tantrum, and Brad throwing his 18 sweatbands around like a five year old girl.

Webber needs to shut his trap. He got away with pulling Marion's jersey on the dunk AND deliberately pushed Amare into another player.

Miller also needs to shut his trap. He blew a wide open layup with a little over a minute left and should have dunked the ball on the last play. That defines SOFT.

Payback is hell, isn't it?

It's not as easy as it looks. Webber was getting the calls when backing down. And, there wasn't a lot of contact. PHX definitely didn't want to foul in that situation.

So, they tried to slow him up as much as possible 1-on-1, and then brought the help. Webber short-armed that late attempt, because he got pushed out a little bit.

Listen, I think PHX could have lived with Webber doing his damage. The last thing they wanted was Peja, Bibby, or Mobley knocking down a 3. The way they were stroking it... who knows?

Just finished watching the game -- had to record it and then catch up. The best game of the year! Johnson was terrific, particularly in the second quarter when he kept the Suns alive. It was great to see him step up in a big game when the pressure was really on.

Of course the finish was unbelievable. I might have to save that game for a while!

There was a lot of interesting stuff in this game. JJ was very effective going to the hole and really tore up the Kings defense. Also, Q showed why he is considered to be one of the finest low post mid size players in the NBA. Those last two baskets were huge.

Also interesting was that the Suns were ice cold in the first quarter and still shot 52.1%. The Suns out rebounded the bigger Kings 50-42 and had 16 offensive rebounds. The Kings shot the lights out for three, 12 of 20 but still could not outscore the Suns.

Wow, what a great win. I don't think I'll be getting to sleep any time soon.

BTW, does anybody know what the deal was with Jim Jackson? Is he like that every time he plays in Sacramento?

Oh yeah, and my game ball goes to Q, for not continuing to jack it up when it was obvious he didn't have it tonight. Great game by all the starters, of course--even Marion.

My throat is hoarse.

I watched the game with a bunch of Laker fans(live in L.A.)-- they still root against the Kings. At least L.A. fans are consistent about something.

Great, great game. Played awful in the first quarter, Nash kept it close, then they just made plays down the stretch(with a couple assists from Brad Miller).

I can't wait until I can breathe again.

Can somebody give me a recap of the last few minutes?!?

Wow, that's asking for a lot! Let's see, this is from ESPN's play-by-play...

5:09 Marion short jumper, Suns 107-106.
5:01 Bibby two free throws because someone breathed on him, Kings 108-107.
4:35 Stojakovic for three, Kings 111-107.
4:13 Bibby goes to the line again but misses both.
3:56 Nash draws a foul and makes both, Kings 111-109.
3:44 Webber makes a short jumper, Kings 113-109.
3:38 Stoudemire gets fouled, makes both, Kings 113-111.
3:20 Mobley left open for three, makes it, Kings 116-111.
3:13 Stoudemire makes a difficult shot in traffic, Kings 116-113.
2:49 Kings find Mobley again as shot clock running low, Kings 119-113.
2:39 Nash jumper, Kings 119-115.
1:53 Miller blows a wide-open layup on a three-on-one break.
1:46 Marion jumper, Kings 119-117.
1:30 Bibby creates contact again, doesn't get the call, blocked by Marion.
1:30 Bibby fouls Johnson, who makes the first and misses the second, Kings 119-118. Marion offensive rebound.
1:16 Nash finds Richardson underneath, Richardson makes great catch and squeezes a layup through Miller, Suns 120-119.
1:08 Webber two free throws, Kings 121-120.
??? ESPN is missing two points for the Suns, but I think they happened here, Suns 122-121.
0:34 Webber finds Miller alone at the rim, Kings 123-122.
0:16 Nash to Richardson in the post, who scores over Bibby, Suns 124-123.
0:09 Webber short-arms a hook in the lane, Marion gets the rebound and is fouled.
0:08 Marion makes one of two free throws, Suns 125-123.
0:01 Webber finds Miller all alone at the rim, Stoudemire comes from nowhere to block the shot.

Whoa thanks, you didn't have to do that! I kinda just meant a summary, lol. Thanks!

this team is simply ridiculous. NO game is EVER over with these guys. Did I want to ring DA's neck when it was apparent after the end of the third that we absolutely look like the Keystone Cops out there without Nash and leaving him on the bench at the beginning of the fourth would cost us even more? Hell yeah, but once again, no lead is ever safe with us and on the road ina big game situation, with the KIngs having EVERYTHING to prove coming off their All-Star "snubs" - we came out like crap - fought back, tookt he lead, lost the lead and still gutted out the win.

Nash - 33 and 17 - ridiculous!

Amare - hitting BIG FTs

JJ - just sick

Marion all over the boards (allthough he seemed to get a little case of the yips in the fourth)

And Q - Q - ALWAYS making the tough shot at the end of the game. I don'tcare what Q's shooting going into the final minute - HE'S MAKING HIS LAST SHOT.

Didn't see the replay of the block, but even if it was clean - as almost everyone but the KIngs are saying it is - I'm SHOCKED at home the KIngs didn't get the call. Showed a little respect for us I thought.

GREAT - GREAT - GREAT WIN.

GREAT - GREAT - GREAT WIN.

There is no way they could call a foul on that block. Hopefully you get to see the replay because it was the cleanest nastiest block I've seen all year.

I just downloaded the video clip of that block. I downloaded from kingsfans.com because obviously they were trashing this block so much.

Mmmmm, my twin bro and I thought the block was clean. The ball shows no sign of going down. Amare simply made an amazing block in the end. It was very close though....

Well, Kings lost a home court game. I think Bibby missed some key foul shots in the 4th quarter.

GO SUNS!!!! Who is next? Sonics?
