They became kind of complacent in the 4th. Also one directional throwing the ball in to Shaq and Amare all the time. I don't remember too many perimeter shots except by some bad ones by Nash.

We need to have a balance inside outside game.

I didn't get to see this game but feeding Shaq and Amare in the 4th is supposed to be the right strategy in general. We have been complaining about Nash driving/dribbling too much in the end of 4th. So, execution is probably more the issue. We need to work better to get good shots out of feeding Shaq and Amare.

see I like this kid, here you go Andrew....

Grammarian usually has little to contribute to a discussion and possesses few effective weapons. To compensate, he will point out minor errors in spelling and grammar. Because of Grammarian's obvious weakness most Warriors ignore him.

Warriors? I thought it's a Suns forum.:D

Correct, it is the right strategy. Because the Suns CANNOT stop runs with defense, we all know this, we need to accept it. The Suns will only stop runs by getting to the line and making those free throws, this is where Amare needs to get better, he is too good a ft shooter to choke it away at the end like he has all season long.

Did Steve Nash throw the game? It's a crazy idea, but Dirk is his best friend and Dallas is struggling to make the playoffs and that was the worst I have ever seen Nash play in crunch time. He missed 7-8 shots in the 4th, took horrible shots, had multiple turnovers on bad passes........it looked like he wanted to lose.

wow,i am speechless.it s amazing what people can think of after a lost game.

honestly take that advice and use it .. you know how bad you'd look if you had to write out a business plan to get a job and didn't know how to conjugate nouns..
You would probably look about as bad as someone who thought that nouns were conjugated instead of verbs.

I agree that going to amare and shaq is what the suns need to do in the fourth....if they are doubled then yes they need to kick it out. but amare goes so hard to the rim that he is usually looking to finish or pass it off to another person who is going to finish at the rim. sounds like a smart guy to me. aside from that....I missed the fourth. but that two man game with nash..amare...and throw in shaq as well...was unstoppable for three qtrs. so I don't think you can fault them for trying it down the stretch. If the suns would of been soley throwing up jumpers and of lost people would be complaining that they didn't go inside or that the guys down low wern't aggressive enough. no reason to panic at all at this point. the suns have clinched and the playoffs haven't started yet.

I think every Suns fans are way underestimating the Mavericks just as everyone in the nation underestimates the suns.

Seeing them give up such a lead to the lakers only to lose in the 4th quarter and ultimately the whole game....(they did the same thing the last time they met and the Lakers squeaked by with a win) deja' vu? It sounds eerily similar to my beloved orange and purple team. You would also think the Suns will pound them.

Than if you watch how the Lakers and Mavericks were teetering back and fourth both scoring at each side of the court for a bit, I was thinking the whole time....one team was going to miss a shot right or have a mess of a turnover in the 4th quarter. The Lakers just outplayed the Mavs. in the end and Kobe was clutch as always.

I hope the Suns pull out of this one....but I don't think it'll be as easy as everyone makes it out to be, and just watching the laker's hard core pressed defense and Lamar Odim lighting everyone up.....damn. There is going to be some crazy ass Western Post season games leading to the playoffs....man I love this game.

I rather have been proven WRONG, than right.

Watching the lakers mavs game friday was simply hilarious. I feel we will either pound them into submission or Dirk will choke when the game is on the line.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Sorry, being a frequent poster, I feel i have the right to laugh at the amount of disrespect you give us.

Hilarious!!

You tell us, then. What is the statute of limitations on disrespect due to a magnificent first round choke job against an 8th seed?

as long as it keeps happening.. horrible comeback btw..
both teams cry and whine a lot. that's what teams do when they lose in the playoffs. mavs fans were known for this, but this year the suns fans have joined them or maybe taken the title away. but no need to start jumping up and down after a regular season game. does dirk choke? well when the mavs lose it is usually his fault. but when they beat the suns which is pretty much 50-50.....it's usually because of him.

my god, if that isn't a reason to stop crying I don't know what is.

"Yeah, if Raiders fans can do it, so we can we!" What a horrific line of thinking, considering that Raider fans are the most pathetic people on the planet. But yeah, that's a good group to be associated with. Yeesh.

I agree cheesebeef. a lot of mavs fans...starting at the top with cuban cried about the officiating and stackhouse's suspension in the finals. but the mavs lost the series in 6 games. I saw bigger problems beyond those two things....from an unbiased point of few. Was I complaining at the moment.....yeah of course. but after a few days I realized the better team won and there is no sense complaining for years on end. at some point players and coaches have to look in the mirror and stop whining so much. it only holds them back in the long run.

yeah. I almost want the mavs to play the spurs and lakers to play the suns. but I really don't care. it's going to be a dogfight regardless of who plays who. because those are some entertaining rivalries. the mavs play with more passion against the spurs than they seem to against any other team.....trash talking....physical play ect. I love to watch it. and kobe-shaq...I'll definitely watch.
