Talk with Rod Graves and Rod Newhouse

The players aren't using McGinnis' employment status as a rallying point for today's game against the Vikings (9-6), although it seems most of them would like him to return.

This is why what they are going to do will be unpopular.

Maybe Graves is being realistic and knows that some people will be happy and some unhappy no matter what he does.Or maybe he's so out of touch with the fans that he thinks not bringing Emmitt Smith will cause an uproar.Who knows with him. I mean he didn't take the fans into account by passing on Suggs and Leftwich.The sad thing is it seems like alot of the fans know what the Cards need better than the front office.

yeah...right.....soooooo many couch potato/genius QB's....who have SUCH an impressive history of knowing what they are talking about.

Defending the Cardinals front office is nearly impossible.

I hope to live long enough to see the day when you say "I told you so!", and you actually have a Cardinals playoff team to back you up.
