I'll tell you what. If San Antonio makes it to The Finals to play New Jersey the Eastern conference will have a chance. New Jersey has played San Antonio very well over the last few years. With the recent rash of injuries to top contenders in the West anything could happen.

Doesn't Tayshaun Prince look like he needs a sandwich?

If Tayshaun Prince mated with Calista Flockhart, would the baby be Karen Carpenter or Twiggy?

He doesnt seem to have any really special skills. That said, he gets the job done..and remember, he is only a rookie. I'd like to see him in 2-3 years.

I cant really think of anyone that he reminds me of.

I don't expect any special skills from a player who was picked up at #22, averages 10PPG and plays solid defense.
Could Casey Jacobsen do this from the bench?

It's difficult to find someone whose play is similar to Prince's.

nbadraft.net compared him to Donyell Marshall and although their body-types are completely different its comparison wasn't that bad.

Both Prince and Marshall are remarkable post-up players (although Prince was a post-up player only in NCAA) and both can hit the outside J.
Marshall is bigger and a better rebounder while Prince is more mobile.

He did it again. I've got to admit that it upsets me every time he does well. I'm not cheering against him though. I'd like to see a San Antonio-Detroit matchup in The Finals.

Tayshaun Prince, 23rd pick in last years draft............

This guy is playing full time in the playoffs and at the end of the game in overtime he is guarding Iverson!!!!YIKES!!!

Maybe there is hope for our 17th pick this year!
