Did anyone watch this last night? I thought it was pretty solid. The chemistry between the two guys is very good. It seems to be set up well for the season.

This show is really growing on me. I like the lead characters even though one of them is a train wreck in the making (or already made).

Last two episodes were outstanding. While I enjoy the show with it's self-contained stories, I liked it much more when the tackle the larger story, i.e. Lindus. This show has really grown on me but like Rubicon I know the ratings have been poor. Hopefully FX can look past that to give this show a second season.

A show about dogs?

It's a story about two unlicensed PI. It is a dark comedy but seems to be headed towards more darkness than comedy in recent episodes. I'm not sure why it is called Terriers (the first episode did involve a dog). I've read that is part of the reason some believe it isn't getting good ratings. Also they had a weird ad campaign leading up to it where they never really told you what it was about.

I suggest watching it because it is a very good show and as I mentioned in an earlier post the two leads work of each other very well. They have set up a large story that should get some more play based off how the last episode ended, but there are a bunch of small stories going on. For example the two main character back stories. You learned a little about Britt but you know nothing about Hank expect he really isn't the most ethical guy who seems to have done something seriously wrong to get him kicked off the police force.

It is a horrible name for a TV show and I suspect it's done irreversible damage. I'm still watching it but I'll be surprised if it makes it to a second season. I hope it does make it but if it comes to choosing between which low rated show I want to see survive, I'd choose Rubicon hands down.

Another fantastic episode. This show really fired on all cylinders tonight. The Steph character is great and I am positive she will come in handy again later this season. Now that Donald Bloom is dead on Rubicon I am glad to see he made it over to this show. Curious to see how they continue this arc. Obviously it will have to continue, but I'm wondering how many self-contained episodes we get before we hear back from the man in the tan suit. Oh and I loved how Britt was disappointed there was no explosion when the car drove off the cliff.

Oh I love the title...I think it's unique.

I'm a few episodes behind now, but loving the show.

It's a good show. However, I've talked to several people who didn't even give it a chance because the name and the ads gave them little reason to want to see it. It drove away the people who might have tried it had the name suggested an offbeat buddy cop kind of show. Perhaps it was offset by dragging in a few dog lovers but they probably bailed 5 minutes into the first episode when they realized it wasn't actually a dog show.

At least there's 3 of us watching the show now. I doubt we'll be enough to save it though.

The run this show has been on continued this week, though this episode seemed different from the rest of the show. While the other episodes have had their tense moments it was always carefree and loose because of the Britt and Hank's nature. This episode had a few loose moments early in the episode but stayed tense all the way until the end. I like they did an episode like this but I hope it lightens up a little. Also, I don't think Britt is done with Mexico or the cartel. No way you can steal that much coke from the police and not have something happen.

Oh and what could Hank have possibly done to Mark? The story obviously has to come out before the season ends. I can't imagine what he could have done. Any ideas?

Another strong episode and it may have been it's best one yet. I read they had more people watch last week so hopefully it will get a second season but the viewer numbers make it really iffy.

Please everyone stop watching things until you have watched this season of Terriers. This is the best show on tv right now and it is not even close. It has everything that one would want in a show yet for some reason no one watches it or wants to even give it a chance. There are 2 episodes left (after tonight's) so tell everyone you know to start watching. This show is way to good to be a one and done show.

I can not recommend this show enough. The story is great and next week is the finale which should be quite explosive. Go and watch this show you will not be disappointed.

So sad it got cancelled but it is not shocking. I have been on vacation the last week and just got home this morning so when I get off work tonight I'll go home and watch the finale, which I heard does a great job of tying everything up.

Here is a tip: Don't name a show Terriers, unless it is about dogs.

Yeah, no big surprise. I think I'd find a scapegoat for the Terriers name and ban him from ever naming anything again - especially his kids. OTOH, having to introduce his kids as Schnauzer, Husky and Newfypoo might teach him a vital lesson.

Perfect wrap up for the best new show on and now best show off television. This will have to go down as one of the best one and done shows of all time. Most of the stories were tied up nicely and we got our two heros together again chatting like nothing really happened to them all season. I really hope they pack the DVD full of extras so I can see more Terriers since I'll be first in line to pick it up. I wish there would be another network that would pick this show up so we can get more but I know that will never happen since the ratings were unjustly low. This will be the last time I say this but do yourself a favor and watch this show. It is everything you could want in television and will entertain you for a solid 13 hours.
