Thing is BA can't win the Duke touches argument. Reason being is he won't start giving him 30 touches a game so we won't see Duke hit the rookie and slight of build wall.

Duke is awesome but he isn't AP or Arien Foster. Look at Ray Rice this year, he is already spent from too many touches earlier in his career. Same for MJD who is much thicker than the Duke.

Mending ran hard today and did have some nice runs. Yes the Duke is better but once again he can't handle the full load.

I don't like past stats to set the standard because every equation is different. I think Duke can be our premier back if that's what your asking, and used correctly I don't see any certain injury happening, especially in any certain quarter, or how ever any way BA wants to spin it.

The O again got off to a slow start at the beginning with Mendy doing nothing and then Almost choked the game away with mendy coughing up the ball. And his carries should go to Taylor at this point. He has no burst and has shown no propensity to hold the ball at key times at the end of games. More
Touches for Duke and Taylor and less for Mendy unless we want to O to continue to struggle.

We're 5-4 after finishing last year playing some of the worst football imaginable. Sure, there's a lot of things that can be cleaned up and improved, but I'm pretty pleased with where we're at all things considered.

Agree it should be the Ellington and Taylor show at this point. Want to control the ball late or have a third and 1? Use Taylor for this.

Imagine if Taylor would have committed the key fumbles Mendy has. Would never see the field again. What we needed Mendy for he is not good at.
