The more I watch on Pierce, the more I want him in round two.

This is tough because a lot of what we will do is far from what I would do. I really like McDuffie. I said in another post he reminds me of Aeneas Williams. Strange needs a year that I feel we can give him and would not shock me if he was starting by the end. Pierce gives us size and speed and is a guy who can compete with AJ Green outside and enable us to move Hopkins around in 10 personnel.
McDuffie is similar to Byron Murphy, but better coming out.

His system didn't impress anyoneMcDuffie is similar to Byron Murphy, but better coming out.
I just can't shake the feeling that a top drafted corner is wasted in Vance's system, and the system works fine with adequate young guys.
He is so good off-ball that he would still be able to make plays. He is everything I want in a CB and he would win the #2 spot out of camp. That keeps Marco Wilson at #3 CB which enables Murphy to move to the slow in nickel. Also helps if we decide to let Murphy walk in FA.McDuffie is similar to Byron Murphy, but better coming out.
