Awful coaching by Lue. Last possession, you take one of the best three point shooters in the NBA out.

Yeah.... He sucks. Korver has been God awful and ice cold

What an amazing game just great basketball. The Stars played like stars. Man Kyrie was breathtaking tonight. Love was dominant on the boards again.

The difference. The Cavs supporting cast. JR Smith is an idiot, Tristan Thompson is worthless the Kardashian curse strikes again!!( by the way does Khloe stay with him when Lebron gets him traded to Milwaukee this off season). Iman Shumpart? Anyone seen that guy? Anyone?

The Cavs went out and got Korver and Williams in the middle of the year and they haven't contributed at all.

That's the difference. Cavs are a 3 man team right now.

Bottom line isn't coaching. Although, I would have left Krorver on the floor. KD took over again.

Guaranteed they will tonight. Cleveland will be allowed to absolutely mug the Warriors to get the win. I have no preference who wins and suspect GS will in 5, but the NBA wants this to go 7 and the zebras will be a big part of trying to make that happen. That's the modern NBA.
Exactly what happened too. Thankfully, the Dubs overcame the 6th man.

There's a large talent gap between these two teams, but put a guy like Pop or Phil in place of Lue and this series is far more competitive. The fact that Lue hasn't solved the problem with his interior defense, particularly with someone like Tristan Thompson, is pretty sad.

Seriously, the dude's ability to process info is severely lacking. Lue has looked shell shocked all finals long.

Lebron got what he wanted. Blatt out and Lou in. Coaching matters when you're the inferior team.

I don't think the talent gap between the 2 teams is that great. I'd say KD & Steph are equal to Lebron and Kyrie. Green is better than Love defensively but Love is better than Green offensively, I'd give a slight edge to Green. Klay is better than Smith by a good amount but Thompson is much better than Zaza, probably making those 2 a push overall. So the starting 5 is slightly in GS favor. The benches are pretty even. The coaching for GS is much better, Cleveland has been trying to outrun GS which no one will be able to do for 48 minutes. It's the style of play in this series that is allowing the Warriors to steamroll over Cleveland.

The gap between Steph and Kyrie is much wider than Durant/KD. Kyrie can basically kill your team if he's not on fire.

The NBA just sucks right now.

I guess I'm torn on that but obviously I'm a warriors fan. Beadle interviewed Adam Silver and asked him that question is it bad for the NBA if this is the finals for 4-5 years in a row. His answer was intriguing, Cleveland won their first title ever last year. The Warriors went 40 years without a title.

His point being yeah it's 3 in a row now with these 2 teams but when people talk about the greatness of the NBA they're usually talking dynasties, the Celtics, the Bulls, the Lakers. Generally speaking there were 3 good teams so it wasn't the same 2 every year, but this is not new that a few teams are dominant, it's just new that it's the Warriors and Cavs. I think the Spurs are there too they just have too many older players.

So if you're not a Warriors or Cavs fan it probably does suck and I can see that, but as a Warrior fan who saw them win on tv in 75 as a 9 year old and then lived though all those bad years of Joe Barry Carroll or Wesley Cox at C, Russell Cross, Chris Washburn, Joe Smith over Garnett etc. It's pretty fun to watch right now for me.

Since the Suns sucks, I am just happy for the Warriors. With the exception of green and Zaza, all of their players are very likable guys. Curry and KD are probably the last of Superstars that are not d-bags (along with Leonard). Iggy, Livingston, and West were always some of my favorite players in the league, and West is TJ Warren's mentor if I remember correctly. I also enjoy seeing Kerr do well. Honestly, Warriors give me hope that the Suns can go from a bad team to the best team in a few short years.

The benches are pretty even? The Cavs have literally no one contributing off the bench and the Warriors have two GREAT bench players with Iggy
And Livingston and another soood bench guy with West.

Add in the ocean sized gulf between Klay and Smith and it's no contest the difference in talent here.
