The best team LeBron has to face to get to the Finals will have won 42 games?

Man... the East has been so damn pathetic FOREVER.

The Raptors remind me of an Eastern Conference version of the Suns, great regular season records followed by embarrassing playoff collapses. I thought Ibaka and Tucker would help them get over the hump with their Lowry and DeRozen backcourt but they're just a horrible playoff team, with Lowry turning into a liability every year once the games mean something.

No. 1: Thomas expected to join Celtics for Game 3 -- By his own admission, Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas has dealt with the hardest week in his life. He flew home to the Seattle area after Game 2 to mourn with family over his younger sister's death in a car accident. As Game 3 of the Celtics' first-round series looms tonight (7 ET, ESPN), Thomas should be on the court come game time, writes Adam Forsberg of ESPN.com: http://www.nba.com/article/2017/04/...-april-21-2017?cid=nbacomsocial_tw_sf72117332

#NBAWire: Durant (calf) 'hopeful' he will play Game 3 - Kevin Durant | GS http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nba/1358/kevin-durant… http://playerpress.com

Kevin Durant (strained left calf) said that he is "getting better every day" and that "hopefully" he will be able to play in Game 3 vs. the Blazers on Saturday.
Durant provided an update via a YouTube live streaming session. "Felt like I could go [in Game 2], but Coach [Steve] Kerr and the training staff and the whole organization told me it would be best to give it a few days rest," said Durant. "So hopefully I see how I feel these next couple days." The extra day of rest should benefit KD. However, the Warriors blew out the Blazers in Game 2 even without Durant, so they have no need to rush him back. We should get a formal update from the team on Friday afternoon. Apr 21 - 9:32 AM
