Damn... the Warriors went old school Spurs, going Bruce Bowen uber cutting Leonard enough times until he got that ankle to roll.

Bush league crap... but whatever it takes to win, I guess.

Pachulia should have been ejected. It is hard to feel sorry for the Spurs but I hate the Warriors worse

Is there a team in the NBA that's been as lucky as the Warriors when facing teams without their best players on the floor?

I'm with ya. And they're cheap shot artists.

That's what bugs me the most... those old Spurs weren't super talented so they had to resort to some BS.. which admittedly sucked.

But this Warriors team is SUPREMELY TALENTED and they still resort to BS cheap stuff.

And yes, @TJ, they've gotten more breaks playing injured teams than any team I can ever remember.

I had to watch the replay twice before I even realized Pachulia actually hit Leonard's foot on that play. watching it live I thought Leonard was so worried about landing on him that he landed awkwardly and rolled it but the replay made it clear he caught the foot with his foot when he turned in a blocking out motion. I hope it's not serious that looked pretty bad.

I will say this, if that's a technical or an ejection then Simmons and Manu are gone too they both did it to Curry in the same game. Manu did it to Curry twice, once he knocked him down the other one Steph avoided it.

I think the NBA has to do something about that, one of the reasons so many 3 point shooters do that fall back routine on the shots, Steph does it regularly now, is it's their "defense" against guys doing the Bruce Bowen stick your foot in their landing area move.

It sucks that Leonard got hurt it clearly changed the outcome of the game.

The Warriors have by passed the Spurs 2 years running due to the Clips and then OKC beating them, the Spurs are a terrible matchup for the warriors because of the style of play and how good of a coach Pop is. I wasn't at all surprised with that long layoff the Warriors came out shooting poorly and effectively Leonard getting hurt flipped the game.

Why is Pop keeping Aldridge in there? He's a complete liability.

Teh Warriors struggle to guard him but he can't guard anybody on the Warriors either. Same thing with Kyle Anderson he had several huge plays in the game putbacks, great passes, but Pop had to take him out because the Warriors started running plays to isolate him and there was about 5 straight trips where his man either scored or got into the lane and caused help that led to a wide open look. Klay missed one of them but Pop was smart enough to realize he had to get him out.

That guy Simmons just kills the Warriors everytime we play them it seems.
