Toronto GM in a little bit of hot water. I think this gets settled.

Hollis-Jefferson will become an unrestricted free agent.

Adrian Wojnarowski‏Verified account @wojespn

After Brooklyn declines to make a qualifying offer, F Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will become an unrestricted free agent, league sources tell ESPN. Hollis-Jefferson, 24, defends multiple positions well. For now, Nets have $46M in cap space.

Supposedly Chris Paul did not ask for a trade. Maybe some fence mending

Marc Stein‏Verified account @TheSteinLine

Rockets GM Daryl Morey insisted today on @ESPNRadio that Chris Paul has not asked for a trade out of Houston ... attempting to shoot down rumbles about Paul's dissatisfaction that have been circulating since Houston was eliminated

For what Houston is paying Paul, I would stay right there! :)

You and I would be partying all the time on that money. Money is wasted on the wealthy.
Except Paul keeps having James Harden over to his house breaking all his stuff! Good thing he has State Farm!

I think I am missing the punch line here.

Here's Harden burning up Chris Paul's kitchen:

The Pelicans pick up the option on Gentry. I think it's a wise move at least until the direction of the team becomes clearer.

I'm happy for Gentry. I think he's underrated and he's going to get a chance to be part of something really exciting. Who wouldn't want to come to a franchise that has Williamson, Holiday, Ingram, a ton of first-round picks, and whatever they can get for Ball?

Him gifting us a win this year with the Fab Five TO call was wretchedly bad, but I've always liked the guy.

Harrison Barnes career earnings are over 80m. Not too shabby for a role player.

This is like... can Barnes get this much money elsewhere. And what does Oubre command.

Really weird that he declined his option. No one is giving him more than $18M per on a new deal.

Wow the West is starting to break down. Now CP3 wants out due to clashes with Harden. His contract is absolutely immovable. He's owed 38.5M next year and 41.4M the following and 44.2m in his final year. What a mess!
