I watched it on Saturday night in a theater that was about 75% full. I loved the first Avengers and typically enjoy the other installments of the Marvelverse (Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, etc..). While I enjoyed this movie for the action sequences and the banter, I think the novelty has worn off and the story was a little "meh."

Here is what I liked:
1. Action was top notch
2. Robert Downey Jr. He's great at being Iron Man/Tony Stark
3. Having multiple stars in one story is still cool

Here is what I did not like:
1. The villian(s)
2. The resolution made very little sense
3. I am unsure where this fits in with the broader story and if it is even necessary

I think the ticket is worth the price of admission and I hope the next one is can repeat the level of the first one.

Loved it! Great, rollicking, fun. Not perfect, and didn't have the "new shine" of the first one, but overall excellent. 4.5 out of 5 in its genre.

I recently watched it. Wow, these films are exhausting! (in a good way)

There are some nice posters posted on pages 7&8 of this thread.

I was also the polar opposite. I took my son and daughter this time to see it and I enjoyed it even more the second time. I had more time to process what was going on and was able to pick up more of the dialogue.

Yeah, there is just so much to process. Especially for us noncomicbook readers.
