I'll go with 8, the first year. A 5 game improvement. Even TJ could do this with the right OC/DC.;)

You’re only giving me 8 wins?

Trubisky also would've gotten killed if he played here. Blocking and tackling still matter. Our OL and LB's aren't in the same conversation. Those are pretty important units.

For all that is holy and just fix the Oline this offseason. If we do nothing else but fix the OLine I will be happy.

Unfortunately I think this is a tall order, and I think next year we can just hope the oline moves from dumpster fire territory to merely sucks donkey balls.

I wonder if we slot Wetzel into one of the guard positions. There hasn’t been nearly enough competition in this unit over the last three to five years.

+1.

Not sure why the Cardinals signed Pugh to be honest. Now with Iupati good as gone, I would like to see Wetzel put at RG and Pugh....ugh, at LG.

Rhetorical question, no doubt. They signed him to play guard and when healthy does so quite well.

Wetzel doesn't have the footwork to be a starter over 16 games and it's doubtful he can handle an inside tackle like Donald one-to-one from RG.

When I’ve watched Wetzel at either G position, he appears to be a fish out of water. Only position along the oline he can sort of succeed at is RT.

Wetzels value is at swing tackle position. He's basically a good 6th lineman, who is good for a game or two, but then kind of sucks if he has to play longer.

Head coach Dan Campbell will turn John Wetzel into a perennial All Pro through a diet of harsh discipline and unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

I would be silly happy with 6 consecutive games with the OL starters healthy beginning with game 1.
