The Cardinals are set to open training camp Aug. 1

In all, 19 practices are scheduled to be open to the public, including "Fan Fest presented by University of Phoenix" on Aug. 8. The last open practice is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Training camp starts later than usual because the first weekend of the regular season is Sept. 13, a week after Labor Day weekend. Players are not allowed to report to camp prior earlier than 15 days before their first preseason game.

Admission and parking for all open practices are free. The schedule for open practices is below. Practice times are subject to change.

My nickname is from a long time friend of mine. The guy after 25+ years is still calling me dude. After awhile it just stuck. If Anyone says hey dude I turn and look. So when it asked for a username I thought why not.

I have never seen the show but I think that's what you're getting at. I have been reading this board for a bit and thought I would give it a try. Some of you guys know your football. I don't think I will add anything deep but I'm a big fan and season ticket holder.

So that is that. Let's hope Palmer and company play all year and who knows maybe a game in February.
