Our 1Q struggles suggest that we come into games unprepared; relying on our ability to adjust to bring us back in games.

Problem with that is - we're always digging our way out of holes (i.e. the house is playing with our money).

Are we still scripting the first 15 or so offensive plays? (Do we script the first 15 or so defensive schemes)?

Whatever we do, we don't seem to be doing it as well as we used to.
Teams have figured out how to play against ARZ (play the deep ball often) and bring the house to get to Palmer. ARZ had some success by shifting more to a run oriented offense but injuries the receiving core and OL have taken a toll.

I can honestly see us winning against the Vikings. Think about it: The moment they started losing was the moment they started playing winning teams. The Packers were a fluke. We got this.

Just saw an interesting thing on Facebook where I get the link from the team. Palmer stated that and I quote "I like where we are. We're the underdog." If this is what it takes to motivate this team to play well then they have not learned what it takes to become a top team and how to stay there. Maybe they could hire someone from the Patriots to teach them how to have the mentality of a top team and how you need to approach games when you are a top team. This may be BA's shortfall. He can motivate when they are considered the underdog but doesn't know how to motivate when the team is on top.

Wetzel, Watford and Shipley will determine our fate and whether we make the post season or not...
