I can't believe there isn't already a thread for this, yet.

Couple of things to start us off:

1) SyFy is running episodes all day Thursday (I think to build up to the Captain America premier on Friday...I know, I know, one has little to do with the other except for having the word "America" in the title...then they're having all three cheesy Cap movies on that night).

2) I heard on The Nerdist podcast (guest: Nathan Fillion) that for 20 years a Greatest American Hero movie has been bouncing around, every couple years getting a new script. Sounds like Fillion is somewhat serious about wanting to play the lead, but it's one of these projects that is perpetually in development (and possibly in rights limbo? I forget...)

Still can't see or hear the word "scenario" without thinking of that show (and Robert Culp). Loved watching it on TV as a kid.

I was working evenings when this show came out and until today I hadn't seen even part of an episode. I was surprised to discover (while channel flipping) that both Michael Pare and Faye Grant were regulars (semi-regulars?) on this show early on in their careers. Michael looks even younger than he did as Eddie (of the Cruisers) and apparently it's just before Faye limps off to do battle with the lizards from outer space. Who knew (that's rhetorical, I'm sure some of you did know)?

I watched this religiously, but have since blocked the whole thing out because my grade school music teacher, Mrs. Sleight, was a way creepy old lady who would sing it constantly. Think Margaret Thatcher as lounge singer.

Creepy.

Are you being facetious? (Believe it or not ;)), it seems it's a pretty popular show.

seriously! Loved this show and it has without a doubt, my favorite theme song of all time!
