OK... I'll simply leave it here. As always, time will tell.. and truthfully, I hope you are more right than me. I am highly suspect to say the least, but hey, I've been known to be wrong a time or two...:D

That's cool, but I think I take first in being wrong around here. You have some great insights.

And with that, let's hope this Holiday Bowl thread dies a quick death. What a bad outing that was. Here's hoping for a better showing our bowl game next year, whatever that might be.

I'll admit that watching teams like UofA and UCLA stomp their opponents and looking like first-rate, legit Pac-12 teams, versus the massive dump ASU took all over San Diego really, really, irked me...

Man, ASU fans sure do like to look at things through a small prism. You laid an egg, it happens. Still went 10-4 and beat us. Both the Arizona schools finally seem to have some quality coaching for once.

Nothing I've said counters what you are saying here... ;)

Congrats to U of A for showing up. I wish we would have.

Well that was a nightmare. First time I've seen a Graham ASU team just not show up to a game at all. Usually when they've lost it's because the other team is better, this is disappointing.

But, all in all, the program is still heading in the right direction. Maybe Stanford losing makes this hurt slightly less in regards to the Casey Tucker sweepstakes, but I imagine he's Stanfords unless he can't get in (which, I totally understand).

Next year will be interesting, likely a slight step back from this year. If we can get back to the Holiday Bowl (and maybe finally win it), that'd be a very nice goal for next year.
