the multiple villains in one season stuff does not work imo
bringing back billy was completely unnecessary

the storylines with the "secretly pyscho doctor chick" that conspires with the locked up villain super clichee too, those scenes were extremely cringy

Yeah, I have to agree. The writing was very uneven in this season.

Just finished the second season. Definitely uneven writing this year. I thought the love interest with Billy storyline was stupid. That said, still an entertaining season.

So Marvel no longer has any Marvel shows on Netflix. Daredevil and Jessica Jones were successes, so I'm not sure just how this will be documented in the history of the Marvel Universe. Maybe Disney's streaming service will see some of these revived.

This whole movement of every studio wanting their own streaming service sucks.

The public's entertainment dollar only stretches so far.

Wish they'd be happy with partnerships. These Marvel series deserved better.

I actually liked the direction Iron Fist was finally heading. I think it had some promise. Definitely pissed about Luke Cage, Daredevil, and Jessica Jones.

Yes. Horrible casting for the lead, IMHO. You have to cast someone that actually knows martial arts or can fake it well enough to be believed. Great character from the comics that deserved better treatment from the get-go. The weakest of the Netflix/Marvel shows.

The bottom two for me were Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Iron Fist had some characters I liked but was the weakest of the bunch. The lead can’t carry his own show. He was much better in Defenders as a secondary character. Although he improved in Season2 the part that they addressed which was noticeable to me was the martial arts choreography. It was much better season 2.

LC was just a mixed bag. Loved the concept but the writing was so uneven in both seasons.

DD, JJ and Punisher? They do need to at least carry those over.

P.S. the latest rumor is that the adult Marvel shows actually go to HULU verses Disney+ since after the Fox acquisition is complete Disney controls HULU.
