haha...seriously.

NOW THAT is a trailer. This season looks insane. Let's hope most of that action isn't from like 5 episodes. LOL.
Well, it's no secret that the Terminus gang are The Hunters but what I'm wondering is how are they going to fit in The Saviors. I say this because last season it's fairly obvious that that's who abducted Beth(the cross on the back window of the car is kind of a giveaway).
That's an interesting point because if the entire season is about The Hunters does that mean they don't return to Beth until the season end or next season? Fans would probably be annoyed.
However, this shows pace can be methodical so that wouldn't surprise me one bit.
i've got a theory called The Watching Dead. Basically, I think after you've watched a show this long, you kind of become a TV viewing zombie. it's habit, it's on, you watch and will watch it until you're shot through the head and it's over...but until then, you keep watching. I'm completely mindless when I watch it, nothing in it really gets my blood pumping, but yet, there I am, every week, watching the sucker. At least that's the theory I've come up with for myself, because honestly, I don't know why I keep watching.
The Watching Dead. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.
Oof, I left this show... ahem... for dead, early in the prison season. But I check in here on occassion to see if its worth catching up on.
It occurred to me that what I was really hoping was the zombies would roll in an devour everyone... except maybe Daryl. I can deal with flawed heros, I really like them, but I struggle with poorly written and acted ones. The majority of the deaths I witnessed on that show my reaction was "finally!"
Its tough to watch a show that heavily relies on suspense when virtually none of the characters are worth caring about.
My only regret was not sticking around long enough to watch Andrea bite the dust, that would have been cathartic.
Very strong premiere and I hope everyone stayed till AFTER the credits...
Solid.... although to be honest I am sort of surprised they didn't spend at least another episode there. I didn't want them to drag it out or anything but that was quick. Seems like there was a bit more to the Denise Crosby character to explore.
I have a feeling her death is what triggers the feud with Negan and the guy Rick shot in the shoulder is the the guy the betrays Negan.
But Nagan has nothing to do with The Hunters and, at least in the comics, the Hunters were dispatched with relative ease similar to what happened last night. No, based on the previews for next week, the next antagonists are definitely going to be The Saviors. And while he is Governor-esque, he makes the Governor look like a boy scout.
I think they will start to stray since they are approaching the current comics pretty quick. Also, based on that flashback, I could have sworn that was supposed to be Negan at the train cart. My thoery is that she with toe to toe with Negan and he fell for her because of it.
Now, I'm no comic expert, but the guy everyone thinks is Negan is actually NOT him. The guy who they let out with all the tattoos all over his face is the same guy in the flashbacks that everybody thinks is Negan... Kirkman says it wasn't him.
Spoiler Warning: If you have not watched The Walking Dead Season 5 premiere, then be warned that this article contains a description of one of the scenes in the episode.
There’s a big question on the minds of The Walking Dead fans after The Walking Dead Season 5 premiere. At the very end of the episode, there is a flashback scene, which shows Gareth and his group locked up in a train car.
There is a group of men that comes in and takes one of the women. One of the men has slicked-back black hair. When Gareth tried to reassure his mom that everything’s ok, the black-haired man bends down and says, “No, it’s not.”
The black-haired man bears somewhat of a resemblance to the comics character Negan, which had many fans questioning on social media if Negan might have been introduced at the end of the episode.
However, the man was not Negan. On twitter, Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman offered the following clarification, “That was NOT Negan at the end of the episode. Note the face tattoos.”
On the Talking Dead, Walking Dead special effects guru offered some further details on the man in the train car at the end. Nicotero said, “He’s the guy that they let out of the train car when Glenn says, ‘That’s still who we are. We have to still let those people out.’ That’s the same guy that we see in the flashback at the end. And so he’s part of the group that followed the signs to Terminus and took it over.”
