You were like "miss" others were in panic mode damed near after one game.
I honestly don't know what this sentence means.

So I wondered that if they were panicking after one game. Are they now at ease after one more? Logical question.
maybe they're not panicking as much? Is it possible to have gray area around here, or does everything have to swing 100% one way or another?

No, I still don't like Whis being HC and OC for the same reasons as I did before. Has nothing to do with Haley or whether Whis can call a good game. It's too much to focus on, and in tight games it surely is something that concerns me.

As I said before, as a playcaller, Whis has a Super Bowl ring. As a head coach, he had his team leading the Super Bowl with 2 minutes left. As a HC/OC combo package, he isn't proven.

Can he do it? I have no doubts that man can do it. SHOULD he do it? I don't think so.

You said it was more like "we'll miss him" I stated in my response that you were in the "miss" him category. While others are/were in panic mode.

Maybe they shouldn't have panicked to begin with is more my line of thinking. But since they did I asked the question as to whether or not they are past the Haley love now that Whiz called a superb game. Perfectly logical question to see if they swing as hard the other way from week to week.

And I still think it's perfectly logical to say the jury's still out. One great game, one crappy game. who knows who the real 2009 cardinals are. I think we're probably somewhere in the middle.

...but it sure was great to see the short, quick passing game back.

I see Russel only completed 7 passes for 104 yards and McFadden was the leading rusher with 35 for the Raiders. And, the Chiefs STILL lost 13-10? Wow.

The way Warner has played against a VERY VERY good Jacksonville D that Held the Colts to 14 point on the road last week.

Can we now dismiss all the "losing Haley is gonna kill us" talk?

Is Whiz now capable of doing both jobs?

I know its only one game? But all of you were panicking about the O and Haley being gone after one game. So is your mind anymore at ease now?

Shane, I made a lot of posts during pre-season and last week
about having an OC. I NEVER said anything about Whiz not being capable of calling plays.----just that it took away from his ability to see the entire game when he had to resort to the play-book so much to find something that would work. I believe we would still be better off with a real OC to free Whiz to do HC functions. This was one game that worked, last week it didn't, and he called as good a game as he could. Just maybe he would have found something that worked better if he didn't have to do HC duties as well.

I would still prefer having an OC AND the HC being two separate people. I never said anything about Haley being better than Whiz at play calling. I happen to think that Whiz calls a more balanced game than Haley didwjen he was with us. (By the way, Haley is calling his own plays now at KC and is doing HC duties, just like Whiz). They are 0-2.

No.

Today's win was due in large part, IMO, because Wiz allowed the offense revert back to allowing Warner to take charge, just as Haley did last season. in other words, as long as Wiz allows that, then we're okay. But if wiz wants to change the mindset of the playcalling, then we will miss Haley, and fail.
I don't understand this thinking, really. The offense goes through Whisenhunt and it went through Whiz last year also. Yes, Haley was the OC but Whiz was/is the architect.

I would still prefer having an OC AND the HC being two separate people.
And I agree with this thought.

I believe the reason we won today was due to the OL getting its act together and winning the turnover battle, two things that cost us a defeat last week.
