Brian Billick says Russell Martin will run all over the Cards on Sunday and expects Cialis Campfire to struggle in this game.

I watched the KC game...I don't understand how Arizona can possibly lose to Seattle.

Seahawks are not even close to the same this year as past couple seasons.

If Andre Ellington doesn't break out for at least 150 total yards, there's something seriously wrong with the Cardinals run game.

16-9 Seahawks. The tumble to 9-7 begins Sunday.

There is something seriously wrong with our run game. Much of it has to do with health.

Interesting numbers from various articles...

Though Stanton is 3-1 as a fill-in, he has the lowest completion percentage in the league (53.6) and has a tendency to throw almost exclusively to his right (89.5 percent of the time).

Only 17 running backs in the league have over 50 percent of their team’s rush attempts. This game features two of them, but Marshawn Lynch sits atop our Elusive Rating with an 82.4 while Cardinals RB Andre Ellington is last at 14.7. Lynch forced 10 missed tackles last week and 11 the week before…Ellington has 11 all year.

Both teams like to drop a safety in the box (within eight yards of the line of scrimmage) on running plays. Cardinals safety Deone Bucannon (97.3 percent) and Kam Chancellor (78.6 percent) rank first and second in this category. Understandably both are top-8 in run stop rate for safeties and both rank second on their respective team in total stops.

Arizona has gotten after the quarterback with 10 sacks in the past two games, getting at least one from seven different players, and safety Rashad Johnson pulled in the team's 15th interception of the season versus Detroit.

The Cards rank third in points allowed per game at 17.6 and are third against the run, yielding 80.5 yards per game. They have not allowed a 100-yard rusher in 20 straight games.

Lynch will challenge that streak as he ran for 124 of his club's 204 yards on the ground versus the Chiefs. The Pro Bowl back, who has run for nine scores and caught another three touchdown passes, has gone over 100 yards rushing in back-to-back games after being held under the mark in seven straight.

According to Pro Football Focus, Stanton held onto the ball for just 2.36 seconds on his 32 passes, the fourth-fastest release of any quarterback in Week 11. Stanton did attempt five passes 20-plus yards down the field, but completed just one of them, a 42-yard touchdown to Michael Floyd on the opening drive.

Ouch, that does seem like a big jump. What is the overall home winning %?

How much bigger is his % vs. the next closest ref?

He is 33% higher than the League Average for home victories. I will check the next closest if I can find it, but it may also be a factor of the teams playing.

Here are the home teams that won this year:

Panthers beat Detroit (he was a back judge for this one)
Broncos beat Chiefs
Cards beat Niners
Cowboys beat Saints
Colts beat Bengals
Vikings beat Redskins
Eagles beat Panthers

Not any real big upsets in that group (except for the one where he didn't ref).

Visitor Victories:
Browns beat Titans
Bills beat Jets
Niners beat Giants

Again, not really anything unexpected here.

Carroll says Lynch ready to play. Also says Kam Chancellor had best week of practice all season.
