It's not that we are fair weather fans. Management is shooting themselves in the foot by not realizing the short comings of this team and addressing them. Keim made all the right moves his first 2 years and then rested on his laurels and guided this team to where its at now with questionable draft picks, allowing key FA's to leave and not adequately replacing them. The coaching staffs unwillingness to develop the OL after drafting projects that need coaching to improve and just not getting it. You can mention injuries have derailed this season but aside from the huge loss of DJ and to an extent Golden there really hasn't been another significant injury (Palmer is not really a huge loss IMO as his play has been inconsistent all year). Had Keim added suitable depth maybe we wouldn't be looking at a grim end to our season now.

Huh? His loss is bigger than losing DJ.

DJ was being made the focal point of the offense (Peterson is not the receiver he is), Palmer is the best QB on the roster but that is not saying much, just not a fan and hope his injury forces Keim's hand in moving on from him next year.

He's thrown for over 4k yards every year he's been healthy here. Yeah, he's terrible. Smh. We can win without DJ. We can't without Palmer.

Yes you are fair weather fanatics - it’s ok- admit it! Your not alone not as bad as LA fans but fickle none the less. I remember the early days and am happy to have any fan at anytime in any weather. I can be Pretty rough because I care. We had better success when we balanced it up for one game, but it does not look like we are a division winner even if BA called more runs. We need an emphasis on fundamentally sound football even more within the offseason rule changes. I have hope for the rest of this season and ongoing.

I would say we could win without Palmer and we could win without DJ but we can't win without both. And after 2015 we rarely won with both of them.

This thread should be closed. This is just a bad thread.

LA didn't hit CP out of the game this time, it was more BA's stubborness, althought we lost many players against LA and some on illegal hits, that was the doing of the old DC.
